The front chinese is very dumb Why would they hire a receptionist with bad attitude He even yelled at me and told me if i can wait and do you understand japanese its a very big disrespect for a guest The chinese receptionist even told me are you really a japanese It doesnt matter and it’s none of his business wont recommend this hotel for everybody The receptionist even came to my room knocked and argued with me Im so pissed Not reccomended

Within 10 mins walk from Metro & JR. washroom is quite big and they offer bathing powder. Staff is nice. Fast checkin check out.

Towels dirty as ****, no room service at all for five nights, no chahge of bed sheets.

You can not even check in to room if you are late than after 23:30 and they refund 0. It's like scam reservation lol I can't believe this **** calling hotel. I never been experienced this kind shitty before.

The place is quite small (barely opens to the middle), and the microwave is only available on the 2nd floor, but it is close to the pool and can be used in popular places, within about 15-20 minutes.

It is quiet in a busy area, convenient for late night snacks, and close to the subway. It is worth recommending.

With a limited budget, this hotel is highly recommended for its comprehensive conditions. The location of the hotel is very close to the station, just two steps away. There are all the food and shopping downstairs. The hygiene details are very clean, and the aunt is very polite. Because I like it, I choose it. Summer and winter come and go, but our days are long.

Overall, the location is great. You can walk out the door and enter Ikebukuro Station. It is also very close to the West Exit. I chose this small hotel for two people because it is close to the subway. The room is not big, but it is ok. The bed is right at the entrance. There is a small step across the road to wash your face. The toilet is relatively small. Basically, people can't move when sitting on it. If you close the door, you are basically trapped inside. A fat person weighing 150 pounds can't move when sitting on the toilet. Basically, you can't close the door when sitting down. The bathroom is also okay. You can take a shower and wash your face. There is basically one step and one door for two people to stand up. When checking out, just throw the key into the box at the door, don't exceed the time. Check out according to the time. If you exceed 1 hour, you will have to pay 1,000 yen. This hotel is behind a store on the roadside, which is a bit difficult to find. Amap navigation, Google has ruined me. If you take a bus from the airport to the Ikebukuro terminal, it's not far away.
