This hotel is one of the best options for staying in this area. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. This hotel is beside of station only If you are visiting this location, this hotel is definitely one of the best choices.

Front desk has 0% compassion at all! we booked 3 rooms and stayed 5 days and cant even extend one room for me to take a 2 minute bath. I pleaded front desk to allow even 15 minutes extra. I ended up booking a spa nearby to take a bath. This is extremely crazy! Beware dont stay at this ugly and outskirt of Tokyo!

Perfect location near Haneda, though it is a little farther from Shinagawa station than I would have liked The amenities were fantastic- they had a free coffee machine in the lobby that operates 24/7 as well as a selection of different tea brands, as well as free razors, shaving cream and other essentials for travel. The only possible complaint is that the bed was not soft

the location is next to escalator in shimbamba station, very easy access to local station. they have automatic doors that may need upgraded a little because i had to wave my hands on the camera for opening the door in the middle of the night. the wifi is good. staff is helpful for checking in process and the also have self service check in check out machine.

Used for a night over in Tokyo. Surrounded with restaurants and convenience stores. Rail station 30 seconds away (Next door) Will use again

Even though it was close to the station, the train noise didn't bother me at all. Check-in and check-out were also simple. I would like to use it again.

Convenient transportation There are also many small restaurants around The only drawback is the common problem of Japanese hotels. The room is hot when the air conditioner is turned on, and cold when it is turned off. Domestic hotels are better in this regard.

This hotel in Shinagawa district is right outside the north exit of Shinbaba Station. The transportation is very convenient! The environment is very quiet! My wife and I stayed in this hotel when we first came to Japan. Everything else is good! Recommended!

The price of hotels in Tokyo is skyrocketing during the summer vacation. After staying in Ueno, I chose Keikyu EX Inn for the last two days in Tokyo. It is 30 seconds away from the subway and only 5 minutes away from Shinagawa. It is convenient to go everywhere. The ramen restaurant next to the hotel is delicious. You can add spinach to avoid being too greasy. The air conditioning in the noodle restaurant is very good. It is a good choice for a quick meal besides the convenience store.
