You get what you pay for at a capsule hotel, but this was nicely ordered and felt clean and efficient. The bed was a little bit on the harder side and the pillow was a buckwheat type pillow which I didn’t realise is actually quite common in Japan. Only thing to improve is just the little things, like more hooks in the bathroom to hang things, a bin in the shower cubicle, maybe a dedicated space to unpack/pack your suitcase because the locker area is really cramped

Decent space for luggage, big social area with great view of the Tokyo Tower. Great location to access Haneda Airport

At ten o'clock in the morning, there will be a counter broadcast to tidy up the room. There will be leisure clothes. The mass bath and lounge. It's like having a real squid game.🤣

Stay was clean, provided all the necessary amenities as a proper hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming speaking fluent English as well. The stay comes with a very nice view of Tokyo tower in the common area. It may be more of a hassle for people with large luggage as it may be difficult to open your luggage in the tight storage area. Thus highly recommended for light packers!

We didn’t get the sleep analysis……. But except for that it wasn’t bad, nice rooftop view!

Hotel administration helpful and attentive, location of hotel ideal - most of the places such as Akihabara and Ginza can reach even on foot ~20 minutes also its few different subway lines near so can go any place in Tokyo. Bed is comfortable, I slept like a kid. Showers clean and convenient, lounge zone is something amazing! Very convenient place

Arguably the best capsule hotel I’ve ever lived, the location is great and the best part is definitely the highlight of the view from the hotel - “Tokyo Tower”. Plenty of good food around. Walking distance to Tokyo tower. The bed is comfy and the down side is the level 2 always busy and my locker is near to the toilet. It smells. Overall a great experience and it was a nice one.

I doubled booked rooms for the same day and they can’t cancel one of the booking even though I had made the request 1 week ago. They said that the computer system do not allow it. But come on, you are human who operate the computer. 😫

Awesome little capsule hotel. Very close to metro and the area around Tokyo tower. Unfortunate part is there is only 1 elevator to serve many floors, but other than that, great place!

Good for those who are backpacking and want to experience staying at a capsule hotel. However, locker spaces are tight so would not recommend for those who are traveling with lots of luggage.
