What is unique is that the toiletries and free in room amenities are provided at lobby as ala carte means you take what you need. The building has a long hallway so must be a walk to get to room. Nothing memorable for me and I even forgot the room but location wise is perfect to even go Disney land

Good location, close to Disney and not far from Shibuya or shinjuku Very clean, efficient. Close to a mall which has many eateries and a supermarket.

I booked a room with 4 beds. Very clean and comfortable. There is a Lawson just opposite to the hotel and the hotel is attached to a shopping mall. Super convenient. 5 mins walk from JR. On-site carpark available. Onsen is also attached to the hotel with extra charge. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Room is nice and clean but the view of the room is bit awkward. Anyway, it’s great to live if you have car to travel with since can get free parking over night.

Overall is satisfied. Even though room is a bit small but it is clean and well organized. service is good, location is great, next to the shopping mall.

The location is good which is next to the train station. The hotel is new and the room is spacious. A large shopping mall is at there. All restaurants close at 11pm that it makes convenience to the customer.

Great place. Convenient. Water pressure a little low but the rest is good. Train fares to the city can be pretty expensive, although they do have a free shuttle bus.

Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay. The breakfast became repetitive after a few days, but there was plenty of good food. Runny scrambled eggs seem to be a mainstay in Japan - we got them at every hotel we visited. Personnel were friendly, attentive, and their English was good. The room was spacious with a sofa. This hotel is not near downtown, but a $2.60 monorail ride gets you close without having to change stations. (At night, do not turn off the room lights using the wall switch near the door, or your AC will turn off, too. Use switches on the headboard.)

Great they upgrade me to new bigger room after told them my nonsmoking room is full of smoke passing from other rooms

没啥缺点了！唯一check out 那天早上，我问前台能否帮忙book a big taxi cause we have 4 luggages and 3 persons, she told me today is Sunday,all taxies have been booked. And she asked me to find another way to go the airport. OMG! You know I was so worried that I lost my my appetite for a fancy breakfast. The worst thing is after I booked a taxi through Xiecheng, I went to ask another hotel receptionist that I need a taxi right now, she said Ok , later she gave a small note and guided me downstairs, the taxi would come soon. At last, I took the taxi but the fee produced by booking online would not be returned. 430元人民币啊？！

Everything was great! Room was bigger than expected, by Japanese standard. There was room for a sofa next to our beds. Location wise is alright just for exploring around the area via bus to team lab or nearby malls. The district is less crowded

Clean and good. Connected to onsen and mall. On rinkan line.

Great service, good location (near with Shopping Mall) & easy to visit Disney Land. Room is clean and the staff’s are friendly

Favourite Part is that the 6th/7th can't remember which floor exactly is connected in doors to the Spa and food Court of the Ariake Mall.
