Lobby n sarapan👍👍, lokasi strategis kebetulan kamar deluxe yg q tempati dg jendela tipuan alias tembok lapis wallpaper. Yg seharusnya bermalam 2 hari jdi cukup 1 hari aja dan tak akan terulang lagi.

GrandQin Hotel is one of the top meeting hotels in the city, known for its excellent food and stellar service. While I didn't stay overnight but only had a meeting, the experience was made extra pleasant thanks to the service of Mas Adi. As the food and beverage manager, Mas Adi took great care in ensuring my every need was met. Between presentations, he checked in regularly to offer refreshments or suggestion on the menu. For lunch, Mas Adi presented an impressive spread tailored to my tastes based on our brief discussion. The spread included grilled salmon and mixed green salads, along with local Padang cuisine - all cooked to perfection. Side dishes were tasty and the pastry selection was divine. Mas Adi and his servers refilled drinks promptly and cleared dishes efficiently so I could focus on my meeting. It was refreshing to have such attentive service from Mas Adi amid a busy conference schedule. GrandQin proves that excellent food needs to be backed by stellar service, which Mas Adi certainly delivered. Whether staying or just visiting like myself, customers can expect top-notch catering and generous, attentive service from the charming Mas Adi and his team. The excellent impressions left by GrandQin's dining and Mas Adi's service will no doubt bring me back for future meetings.

Service not soo good and there's only one elevator, make longer to wait. And I already book the room non smoking room, then when I checked, the room isnt available. Bad service really, they dont think that I'm soo tired after long journey, then they dont prepare well

I enjoyed visiting this hotel and was greeted with kindness, friendly service and a smile. I feel comfortable, the place is cozy and suitable for vacationing with friends, family, even solo trips. Oh yes, I remember, I was served well by Miss Dina 😊, thank you for showing me good service, I feel happy.
