It is very near to Nippori station where you can access the skyliner to Narita airport. I would stay again for my next visit.

great hotel, very convenient and breakfast is superb, also many shops and restaurants are around

Location is great and walk only 5 mins from Nippori station of Skyliner to the hotel. The hotel staff is nice and breakfast has variety choices. However the decoration is aging and sometimes annoying (air con cannot be adjusted, either in or off. And it is very noisy. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the noise). The fridge is very noisy too! I hope the hotel can renew its amenity so that I would stock pick it next time when I come to Nippori.

I think they are renovating, which is a good thing as the room we stayed in needed desperate updating. Peeling paint, carpet that ends before it touches the walls, dusty/old furniture, stain/dirt marked walls... even if the room cost half of the $200+ USD I paid for this room, I would feel like I paid too much. The only thing going for it is the great location near the subway station.

Good Location, Near by Nippori station, easy access by skylines from narita airport. Room is clean, staff with warm service.

Superb experience staying in Art Hotel Nippori Lungwood. Located within 5 minutes walk of Nippori train station and was really easy to locate. Lots of nice food places and convenient stores around the area so we’ve got our basic necessities covered. Hotel also have pay to use laundromat services but you will need to cater 2 hours for each wash and dry. We booked the triple room and it was spacious by Japanese standard. Definitely will recommend and also come back to stay again for my next trip!

The the hotel staff and location are good if you want to not be around the busy Tokyo, Shinjuku and Shibuya area. Nippori station is very close by to the hotel also nisshi-nippori is not too far away. The hotel room does not have individual heat or ac adjustment at all and is centrally controlled. The Hotel does offer heaters as the ac was very cold to sleep. The laundry cost are not bad however they have three machines for thr entire building

The Hotel is very close to the JR Nippori Station. If you don't mind the 25+ steps, its just 2 mins walk from the South Gate. But if you prefer escalator, you can take the East Gate which is just 1 street away and there are restaurant, big drug store and small shops to stroll on your way. Right opposite the East Gate, there is a supermarket where you can shop fresh fruits, yogurt or even sashimi. Worth a visit! Besides, it just 10-15 mins walk away from the West Nippori Station where you can ride the other electric railway/metro lines directly. The twin bed room we stayed is 26-28m2 which you know is very big in Tokyo standard. There is a sofa bed (with a coffee table & chair) at the corner of the room where we can comfortably opened 2 suit cases during our stay. Another plus is that the room is made every day. The only critics are 1) noise insulation can be improved, we heard sound from the corridor (incl. laugh fm opposite room and room being made up in the morning); 2) the toilet is tiny. Anyhow, we are happy to return!

Good location and easy to get skyliner to Narita Airport and down town. Spacious space compare to other hotel in Tokyo. The only bad thing is less of the explore in Nippori area. Strongly recommend who want to stay in Tokyo. This is a good choice!

Everything was great. Great location near the train station. Perfect startkng point for sightseeing. Only the room was a liddle bit small.

Tiny room but well equipped, location wise is good and convenient

Great location and big room. Only downside is you cannot adjust room temperature. Room is too warm for me and cannot open window.

Location is excellent, very close to Nippori Station so even with gravy luggage it's no problem to walk to the station which has a direct line to Narita Airport. Room is small but normal for Japanese hotel size. Very clean, well maintained. Check in and check our process was smooth.
