That was a nice stay, just so narrow for Europeans. All is good. Nice breakfast and staff.

Hotel is a ten-minute walk away from the train station. Convenient to get from hotel to Haneda airport when it comes to the number of train transfers to make. Hotel room is small (may not be that convenient for travellers with big luggages) as with those of most hotels located in Japan, but functional enough for casual travellers.

We stayed at the hotel last spring and we had a great stay that's why when we went back last Autumn, we booked again at the same hotel since it's near the station, near Shinagawa Station, very accessible. It just so happen that during our recent stay, we all had allergies due to dust since the room that we booked was already fully booked and they transferred us to another room and we hope that this might be addressed sooner. But overall, we had a good stay at the hotel.

normal business hotel under washington hotel group. equipment relatively old but location is pretty good with nearby express train to narita airport.

loved my stay, location is good, about 6mins walk from the nearest train station! hotel had wifi, a washing machine (at your own cost ¥300 to wash and ¥100 for the dryer) EVERY FLOOR had a water dispenser. loved how there was a family mart, and 2 lawson convenience stores near the hotel. although the train tracks was right outside my window, i couldnt hear a single sound 👍🏼

Service not so good, was in line but a woman right behind me got serviced first just because she spoke Japanese. Got frustrated, good thing there was a machine that helps with check in. The room is small and it takes a bit of a walk from the station to the hotel (15-20 mins by foot), but their breakfast is good.

Hotel Gracery offers a delightful stay with its clean, albeit small, rooms and exceptional staff professionalism. The location is a true gem, being conveniently near to tourist attractions yet nestled in a quieter locale for a peaceful retreat. An admirable highlight was the eco-friendly purified water dispenser, a thoughtful and appreciated convenience. The only drawback, a single laundry machine, posed minor waiting times, indicating an area for possible improvement. Despite the minor hiccup, the hotel's superb location and high-quality service make it a highly recommended choice for any Tokyo visitor.

Love the stay! For the price I paid for, the room is very spacious as compared to the other average room in Tokyo. Around 8 mins walk to the nearest metro.

Nice Services by hotel persons. All service providers are nice, proper, well trained, modest and helpedful. Location is nice for tokyo main line and other prefectures line. [ 3 to 10 mins ] Location is near to business centre Mita and Shibaura. [New, clean, order street and footpath ] Location is quiet better to take a nap and sleep. Location is near to 24 hrs convinence store like lawsons 7-11, local restiarant, super market msb shopping and restuarant building Can travel to shinjuku, shibuya, harajuku, ebisu, meguro, ginza ikebokuro, tokyo station, shinagawa seasidestion and odaiya by train and sightseeing boat for 10 to 30 mins. The breakfast is nice , international and homy styles in the same time. Room is quite a bit small but clean and quite. Hotel lounge is nice. Better if any complimentary green tea at the lobby or hotel lounge drink machine. Better to have bottles of water in the room. Restroom is super clean. Water despenser is nice and clean by SK magic from Sout korea. Better to have extra toothbush, teabag at the hotel lobby like other hotel such hearton etc., Overall nice for business traveller and tourist.

Staying here for 6nites. Request for late check out at noon… cost ¥1500 an hour. Has a cosy yakitori around the corner

Hotel location is not too bad. need a bit of walk from the metro. I think there are rooms for some improvements. Floor was dirty, no vacuum at all before and during the stay. and one day no one cleanup the bedding , just leave it as is after we got up. There are lots of choices in Tokyo. Don’t think we stay here again.

Clean and nice customer service, a lot of the food stores around, close to Tokyo international cruise terminal and Haneda Airport.

Friendly front desk. Good location, plenty of convenience stores around, near JR Tamachi station. And very less touristy feel.
