Perfect location. Good place to be next to the city center of Kunming.

It's a good location close to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. I slept pretty well every single night especially being on the top floor of the hotel. I really enjoyed the mature lady cleaner who always provided what I needed to keep my room clean despite the language barrier as I had to use Google translate but she always greeted with such politeness and swiftness! What can be improved is the speed of internet connection as it lagged a lot and it was a real struggle to get things done as I work heavily on my laptop for my business. Also the reception service can be friendly and warm as they lacked to be welcoming and unattentive. The service from the cleaner was a big highlight for me as I felt taken care of by her.

Location is the best! Nothing special, the bathroom was not the best, and some sheets as well. However, during a sakura season this one was affordable.

Decent location, for solo travellers. Very convenient to travel around.

Not bad location. But the service and facilities were below average. If you are looking for economical place to stay, highly recommended. Otherwise, I will go for other choice with better facilities.

A small hotel suitable for one person, with a good location. There is a my curry nearby with a good value for money. The breakfast of the hotel is very average, you can go to eat across the street.

I went to Roppongi to watch a concert and booked a hotel nearby. It is relatively close to Akasaka Hikawa Shrine and ****. However, Roppongi only takes ten minutes to walk to Akasaka and Nogizaka, but there is no subway connection.

The facilities are very old, and the smoking room smells too much. I don't understand why Japanese hotels are so bad at banning smoking. There is a coffee machine at the front desk. I met a tour group when I checked in. It is very convenient to Roppongi. There is a Don Quixote within a 10-minute walk.

The toilet is really weird, everything else is satisfactory, the coffee on the first floor is good.

The front desk service is perfect, the hotel location is perfect, it is very comfortable to live alone, and it has everything you need.

I only stayed there for one night, but the room and bed were clean and nice. However, the shower has separate hot and cold handles, so the water is extremely hot, so you need to be careful when adjusting it (although there was a warning). Also, there is no service such as tea or coffee, so there is no kettle.

It was relatively close to the station and there was a convenience store so it was convenient!
