Excellent hotel, just an 8-minute walk to the subway. It's super convenient to get to Haneda Airport from here. They let us leave our luggage in the lobby for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean, everything was great!

We enjoyed our few nights’ stay here. Check-in was smooth and convenient, either via the self-service machine or with assistance from the staff. The lobby is well-equipped with a coffee machine, vending machines, an ice machine, and even complimentary evening soup available daily until 8pm — a nice touch after a long day out. At the counter, basic amenities are provided, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, hair mask, green tea sachets, and night gowns, which is very convenient. The room size was just nice for the two of us, comfortably fitting two medium-sized suitcases. The bathroom was standard, clean, and well-maintained. WiFi worked well and was available in each individual room. Breakfast starts at 6:30am and offers a mix of home-style Japanese dishes with some Western options. We really loved the breakfast selection. The only downside is that the dining area is a bit small, but they thoughtfully provide an option to pack your breakfast and enjoy it in your room. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay in a good location. Would definitely consider staying again.

The room was a bit old (though it had everything and was clean), and the location was good. The bed turned out to be quite firm. Breakfast was a European-Japanese style buffet, with items like omelets, rice, sausages, fish, and fresh vegetables. No complaints about the food selection, but it was set up right in the lobby and seemed to be included for all guests. What was really disappointing was the smoky room. If you see that non-smoking rooms aren't available and you're thinking of playing Russian roulette, I wouldn't recommend it – if you're unlucky, you'll end up in a room where absolutely everything smells of cigarettes (and the smell doesn't air out). Luckily, the staff agreed to move me to a non-smoking room after a couple of days.

Enjoyed the breakfast! This is one of the main reasons why we chose Toyoko Inn again 😁 The hotel is not super near to any metro station, but there are multiple stations of different lines within walking distance. Because of this, we almost never need to transfer train to reach our destinations. I enjoy the quietness around the hotel. There are many interesting restaurants nearby, as well as konbini! It is also walking distance to TCAT if you plan to take airport limousine bus to Narita or Haneda. I would stay again!

Good, clean room and delicious breakfasts. There's coffee and tea, as well as toiletries for washing and shaving, available at the reception.

The location is a bit inconvenient, quite a distance from the station. The room was tiny; two people could barely move around inside. My 24-inch suitcase only fully opened when placed on a stool with half of it overlapping the bed. They also don't allow overnight luggage storage.

The room was very clean, which was great. If possible, it would be nice to have a few more options for breakfast. I understand there are issues like food waste reduction and space constraints, so that's just a thought. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Stayed at this hotel for the first 3 days in Tokyo. Great location, very nice staff. Room is not very big but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is basic. Also the front desk was helpful in arranging transportation via Kuroneko to Osaka. Convenient subway location, 3 different stations nearby, very convenient for getting around Tokyo.

It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but you can't beat the price. Still a good choice.
