The hotel is very good. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is very nice too.

I needed a hotel very last minute due to flights delays, and I was able to book this same day and for a day or so after. For the price point I knew what I was getting into, but still- poor service for Tokyo. I initially booked a non-smoking room and was placed into a smoking room and more or less had to complain into a non smoking room. The shower curtain and ceiling of the bathroom were moldy. The shower would also turn off randomly during use, or give random shots of freezing water. The bed was comfortable however and they provided fresh towels at the start of the day. It’s within walking distance of Shinjuku station and its substations so traveling around was easier then some hotels I’ve stayed in. Would I return? Most likely not. But for the price it served its purpose.

Good location. A bit old amenities but reasonable good room size for Tokyo

It's getting old. I've been staying here from itime to time since 2005. It really needs a proper renovation. Breakfast is nice but need to change more often. Staying for more than a week the breakfast only rotates between two sets. Staff is nice and friendly. Room cleaners are very friendly. The annex needs a microwave machine on some floors too. It's very inconvenient to have to go to another part building and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor just to use a microwave.

It’s a decent price and great area for the price the hotel is a bit outdated but it does the job

The service is very good. And I like the bed which fit for two person so that I can sleep comfortably. However the room is a bit small which barely can open the luggage.

Nice hotel but quite far from train.

For the price and location, it’s very worth it! Although hotel is quite old, service is very fast and efficient. Check in is 2pm (1h earlier than most hotel) and checkout is 11am (1h later than most hotel). They also solved timing room wifi issue immediately after I called them. Room is very spacious and even came with a sofa!
