The hotel is very convenient as it is located near the train station and the major attraction. Although the room was small, but it was within our expectations (not misleading from the photos). Room and toilet were very tidy, and the hotel provided us with toiletries including pajamas and body towels, etc. This hotel is definitely and highly recommended.

I love the hotel's location because it's perfect for exploring Asakusa and Ueno. I have a little morning routine where I wake up and visit Asakusa temple every day 🤣. The closest metro station is G19 of the Ginza line. When I want to go to Ueno, I take the bus, and it only takes about 20 minutes. This area is affordable, and there are plenty of places to grab food 24/7, but it's a bit far from Shibuya and Harajuku. I'm really happy with my stay there. I'm already looking forward to trying out the Hop Inn in a different area next time. 😊

Great hotel! Located in the heart of asakusa. 1 min walk to donki mall. Many restaurants and bars around the area. Asakusa (Tsukuba line) is 3 min walking distance. Asakusa JR is a little further away but in walking distance. Sensoji temple is just around the corner.
The room was really good. Big and clean with all amenities we would need. Breakfast was great everyday. Yummy with varieties! Big stars for breakfast! Staffs are friendly. Overall is very recommended!

Room was quite small but expected for a hotel in the city. Some of the reception staff were helpful but some were a little rude. Cleanliness was not really up to expections but given the high volume of people in the hotel, it seems like they cannot keep up with the cleaning. Was quite disappointed as our stays in another onyado nono hotel was an amazing experience hence we wanted to come back to the same chain again.

High quality hotel with large rooms (18m2) next to Senso-ji with many amenities. Convenient to go everywhere by subways. We suggest to get Tokyo subway day pass (24, 48 or 72 hours). Nice free afternoon tea time you can have coffee, team and snacks and see Senso-ji and Tokyo Skytree fro Cafe windows. Excellent breakfast too. But the hotel entrance is a bit odd -- see photo

Staff was really friendly and cleanliness of the hotel was superb!
Location was really good with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also really near to the metro station. However, there is no elevator in the hotel but the hotel only has three storeys so was still overall manageable to move the luggage up and down for check in and check out.

We were near Tokyo 🗼 so we decided to go to Asakusa and got a hotel nearby using trip.com. Aside from the fact that it is pretty close to the Sensoji Temple, you can also see the Tokyo Sky Tree. The Skytree is one station away from Asakusa so you can go there. The hotel was pretty and when you went inside, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Since we have a reservation, we just filled up some information and they already gave the key. Very easy! The room was so pretty and I really love the amenities. The only problem that I see is that they don't have a microwave but they do have a refrigerator and electric kettle. We didn't try ordering food so it was pretty sad. The food was pretty good in the pictures too. Hopefully I can try it next time because we will definitely come back!

Pertama sekali saya menginap di hotel ini hanya untuk beberapa dolar lebih daripada hotel kapsul. Tetapi hotel ini lebih daripada itu. Walaupun mereka mengatakan ia katil kecil untuk 2 orang tetapi tidak sama sekali, sudah tentu bukan katil bersaiz king tetapi ia selesa untuk saya dan untuk isteri hamil saya. Kakitangan hotel sangat baik dan membantu seperti orang Jepun yang lain dan bilik yang sangat bersih dan kemas.

PPengguna TetamuI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!

MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station，Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Anda disyorkan untuk menaiki kereta api bawah tanah untuk ke hotel atau menavigasi ke aras bawah tanah untuk pengunjung pertama kali ke Shinjuku. Kali ini kami menginap di bilik tiga di Bangunan Selatan. Kemudahan bilik tidak begitu baru, tetapi sangat bersih. Anda boleh menghubungi meja depan untuk mengisi semula air minuman percuma di dalam bilik. Meja penyambut tetamu dan sarapan kedua-duanya berada di tingkat tiga Walaupun sarapan pagi tidak sepelbagai hotel domestik, ia sangat Jepun dan menang dengan kualiti. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik 1108. Kepala katil dekat dengan tingkap bilik itu menghadap ke kereta bawah tanah, jadi saya boleh mendengar dengan jelas bunyi landasan kereta api ketika tidur disyorkan untuk tinggal di bilik di baris 08, 09 dan 10. Kawasan sekitar sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah Tidak ramai orang Cina di hotel, tetapi kebanyakannya penduduk tempatan dan warga asing, jadi hampir tidak ada bunyi semasa sarapan.

AACThe hotel is conveniently located, right above the convenient store. It is just 7 mins from Kensei Ueno station, which has train to go to Narita Airport within 40 mins. It is only 3 mins walk from JR station, which only took about 30+ mins to Haneda airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Near Ueon Park, with a few Museums. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tanpa Namai booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!

Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff.
The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily.
Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then……
No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.
