El hotel estaba relativamente cerca de todos los sitios importantes del barrio de Asakusa, y a unos 10 minutos de las estaciones de tren y metro. 系列の上野、上野御徒町は宿泊したことがあったのだが、こちらは初めて。チェックインが座ってできることに驚いた。まるで高級ホテルのよう。エレベーター前にはコーヒー、ココアなどが飲めるドリンクマシーンあり。エレベーターはカードキーを翳さないと動かないセキュリティエレベーター。客室は狭めで窓が小さい。シングルタイプはスカイツリーとは反対側の客室のみのよう。浅草の町並みが見られます。テレビはpanasonic製で多分50インチくらいの大きなサイズのもの。客室とユニットバスルームの段差が無い所がバリアフリーで良い。ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーはペリカン石鹸のプロバンシアというラインのもので良い匂いがする。小さめの加湿器はあるが？空気清浄機は無し。ヘッドボードにはコンセント、USBポート有り。ただ系列のホテルでは照明スイッチが一纏めにされていたのだが、こちらは無し。テーブルとチェアは申し訳程度の小さいもの。湯沸かしポット、小さめの冷蔵庫有り。小さいスタンドライト有り。2Fには電子レンジ、製氷機、自販機、コインランドリー有り。アクセスは各線の駅から10分程度歩く距離。

Spacious and comfortable room with kitchen good for 5 adults. staff very friendly and can communicate in English. Had minor concerns about our room but they offered alternatives which was appreciated. Location is great, less than a minute away from Sensoji Temple and had convenience stores and groceries in the vicinity. Approx 10mins walk to Asakusa station and near Tokyo Skytree. They were also able to store our luggages for free and building had great safety features when we experienced an earthquake.

The prostyle ryokan is located just outside Of the heart of Asakusa on a busy road. The noise of the road cannot be heard at all inside the ryokan. It’s a short walk to the center of Asakusa and the temple. There are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel has a shabu shabu restaurant. The ryokan is clean, people at the reception are very helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious by Tokyo standards and the beds quite comfortable. We had a room with a private shower and a separate bath tub outside, very nice to soak in the early morning (when it’s not to hot yet). There was also a balcony with chairs and a table —but temperatures didn’t allow us to use it. The room is wel appointed and has everything you need. It has a clean but traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended, wel worth the money.

Great location, with a 10 minute walk to Asakusa station, the Senso-ji temple, and many shops. It was our first time to Tokyo and we are very happy we stayed here. It's a busy area, but the Cya****su Ryokan was an oasis, with a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, and a very warm and welcoming staff. One of the people in our party lost her passport, and they quickly rose to her rescue-- so efficient, reassuring, and helpful, above and beyond our expectations. We can't thank the staff enough. The rooms are cosy and clean, beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is hot and strong. The open air bathing area was wonderfully refreshing, available by reservation. Breakfast was excellent. We wanted a traditional ryokan, and this had everything we could want. Such a memorable experience, and the friendly staff really made an impact. Would definitely visit again.

Rooms are compact. Twin beds took up most of the space in our room. However the bed frame is raised and you can push a 24” luggage beneath it in designed space. Location is very close to Sensoji Temple. Cross the road and you get to the side entrance. Also near to Asakusa station. Roof terrace on 14th floor gives great views of Sensoji temple at one end and Tokyo Skytree at the other. Plenty of guests taking photos and selfies.

We stayed here for 3 nights & it was one of our best choices ever! We stayed in the Sky View Room, located at the 13th floor. It was pretty spacious as we opted for the Twin Room, so you can open up your luggages rather easily. Comfort wise - beds were pretty comfy in our opinion! The pillow has both a soft & hard side. Toilet wise - clean and pretty spacious. We wowed when we first saw it. Bathtub was nice & shower head flow was good. Plenty of essentials provided. Towels were refreshed daily. Location wise - it's rather nicely located at Asakusa & with a fantastic view of Tokyo Skytree & Senso-Ji temple right from our window. The only downside about the location was that it was quite a walk from the train stations, hence you might often get lost around the neighbourhood as there are many different stations, streets and turns. So if possible, do use Luggage Forwarding service if you can as there are many staircases at the train station. The only main irk for us during the stay was that there were only 3 washer+dryers in the laundry room, so we did have to wait for a pretty long time to do our laundry as most cycles were at least 2hrs long - so if you didn't manage to snag one, you might have to wait for a long time or worst - wake up at an odd hour to do your laundry to avoid the crowd. But other than that, we did enjoy our stay at The Kanzashi! Will definitely consider staying here again when the price is right! 😊

Most of the staffs can speak english & really helpful. The room & shared bathroom are very clean, have a nice view & close to many popular places like Asakusa Sensoji Temple. There are cafe in front of the hotel & convenient stores nearby or you can have a meal at their cafe. The nearest station is around 5-10 minutes walk. The price is cheap for every hospitality i got here! Here's the view i got from my room on 7F.

If you are a newbie westerner in Japan (tourist or just started working), I really recommend to stay your first days/months in Sakura hostel. They provide many cultural events and meetups which helped me to immerse into Japaneese culture. They are the best boost for the first days of your trip. During my 6-month stay in Japan, I lived in Shinjuku and also in Sakura Asakusa hostel. I liked Asakusa hostel's location more because it has a traditional vibe which I enjoyed. The best option for me was the fact that I could work remotely in the lobby and have my online meetings with access to coffee and tea. Toilets and bath are super clean. Our room's view was outstanding with a balcony. It was so nice they included breakfast. don't expect a fancy one. But we bought our own cereal or honey to complement it. Then you can say their breakfast is a time saver. I recommend staying at Sakura Hostel and I actually plan to go back there in the next year.

Situated at a very convenient location (near Ueno station). Room is also spacious for Japan’s standard and clean. Check in and check out process was very fast as it is conducted via the use of machines. We were very lucky to be able to immediately checked into our room prior to the usual check in time as the room was ready. We were very glad about it! Service was quick as well when we requested for additional pillows. The pillows and bed were very comfortable! Will definitely return!
