Hotels Near JR Ochanomizu Station in Tokyo

It was about a 10-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station. It was a very convenient location. There were convenience stores around the hotel, which was convenient. I asked for breakfast included, which was a good choice. The porridge breakfast was very good.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The room is small as usual. Maybe it is often full because it is close to the university. It is very close to the nearest Ochanomizu Station, 8 minutes walk. There is also a temple of Edo General Guard next to it, which is quite unique. If you want, you can walk to Akihabara, about 15 minutes. There are many small restaurants near the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also good, but don't expect to eat enough Japanese food.

Hotel was located close to Akihabara and Ochanomizu Station which made transportation easily accessible. It was also a walking distance from various food places at Akihabara and had a Family Mart below. Room itself was a little small but expected of Tokyo hotels. Had sufficient amenities and was a clean place. Overall, a decent stay for its price.

Located between 3 different trains line..tokyo/Ginza, shibuya, ueno, akibara. Very convenient to all tourists areas. Surroundee by w pharmacy, convenience stores n restaurant. Hotel is clean nnlow density and cosy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We stayed in the Superior Double Room. The location is perfect in Akihabara. You're within a very reasonable walking distance of the nearest station and just a block from the main strip. On top of that, the quality of this place is really nice. They have an Italian restaurant downstairs and we ate there multiple times. We did end up adding the breakfast one day and it was alright. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space. I know hotels in Japan get a bad rep for how small they are, but this one wasn't too bad. The bed was very comfortable (and quite large) and the bathroom was really nice. We loved the room's lighting features- a mood light behind the bed made it nice for reading or taking a nap. You can also close off the hallway and bathroom from the bedroom, which helped make the room quieter. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Just in general, the vibes of this hotel are very luxurious and high quality. When we travel back to Japan we will for sure stay here again! And because of this experience, I will be checking out their other locations around Japan. I only took videos of our room - so the pictures of the room are screenshots so that's why the quality isn't as great.

Stayed at this hotel for a week for my trip in Tokyo. Since my goal this time was to stroll around and do shopping, this hotel was a good choice - cost effective with an acceptable distance to the subway. One thing to keep in mind is that the entrance with the elevator is the farthest exit from the hotel, so if you're lugging a lot of luggage, maybe this hotel is not your best choice. A lot of stairs. However, the Jimbocho station is a good station to stay in as it can easily transfer to other popular stations like Shibuya, Ikebukuro and others. The amenities are available at the ground floor. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.

One of the best! Literally, sauna at the bottom, washing machines - but you need change! And free rice and curry every morning! I do feel bad for one thing, I feel like I wasted too much plastic since a lot of the materials were one time use. I'd love for the hotel to become a bit more environmentally friendly. But overall, the best. It's fully booked for a good reason! Akihabara is a nice place to stay also:)

It is so close to Akihabara, so it is a great choice for stay. The room is quite spacious. The breakfast had ozouni on New Year’s Day which is very nice and hospital.

We had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the hotel service is good and the location is very good. There is a bus stop at the front door. Although it is a little far from JR Kanda Station and the subway station, the street lighting near the hotel is insufficient, so it is not very convenient for me to go there at night when I first visited. It is not easy to find the hotel when you come out of Kanda Train Station. After 11am, there are plenty of food options within 500 metres of the hotel. The best thing is that the shower water pressure is sufficient and the water temperature is hot enough.
