excellent location just 2mins away from Tabata station, which made other spots in Tokyo super accessible as it's on the Yamanote line. the station was easy to navigate (vs other stations where you might get lost with ur luggage) which i like!
the room is comfortably large for 1 large luggage and there was daily room cleaning. my only gripe is that there is no front desk staff, so you can't forward your luggage to/from this hotel, nor store it. it also does not provide the full set of amenities that many hotels offer (e.g. comb, skincare, qtips) but it's just a small inconvenience. would stay again!

Good location as nearby subway Yamanote line and easy to get in downtown. a bit quite and not crowded but hotel is located on hills and has no convenient stores on exit no.2, the room was smaller than my expectation but very clean and pubilc Onsen is very tiny and limited access only 2 peoples per 30 mins with an appointment only.

非常棒的一家小酒店，中國三姐妹經營，其他店員也都會中文，溝通無障礙，服務非常貼心，裝修非常温馨，讓人身處異國他鄉也有回家的感覺。
酒店位於居民區，非常安靜，周邊超市便利店自助洗衣機房，應有盡有，生活十分便利。離JR日暮裏車站步行幾分鐘即可，交通便利，不管是來回機場，還是坐山手線去各個熱門景點，都非常方便。
酒店房間大小適中，比標準日本酒店稍微寬敞一些，但床品特別舒服，床墊真的是我睡過的最舒服的。問了老闆，説是西川的床墊，後面一定要想辦法買一張弄回來。酒店還有一個公共的帶地暖和餐桌的起居室，提供各種廚房用品，可以自己在超市買食物在這裏就餐，或者自己簡單做飯都可以，這個是一般酒店不能做到的。
總之，這是一家值得無限重複入住的酒店，特別是對於有語言障礙，對日本不熟的遊客，絕對是首選。

Despite of the bad reviews on google, we still booked thru trip because we saw the review for a private room was not bad. And it was. The room was bigger compared to other hotels I stayed. Basic room, no tv, toothbrush, face towel… but for the price I paid it was good enough. The location is good just next to the train station. Many food stores and shops around. Recommended!

We booked for 7 rooms for our annual family trip. Location of hotel is very convenient. Room quite small but manageable to put one big luggage and hand carry. Nearby have a few convenience stores and JR Nippori station is nearby. Overall pleasant stayed we had.

This hotel is the closet station that I have ever stayed in Tokyo
1 mins from Otsuka Station, which is JR station, one stop from Ikeburuko.
There is many restaurants, minimarts, coffee shops near the hotel.
Even Donki, Mall or Starbuck.
Staff is very nice and helpful

下單前切記填寫郵件地址，訂單確認後如果還在營業時間，大概三個小時左右酒店會通過平台trip.com發送郵件告知門禁密碼和呼叫前台值班人員的方法；至於非營業時間離店，由於沒有交按金，直接把房卡丟進前台的回收箱即可。
酒店在車站南側出入口，沒有任何電梯需要爬樓，離酒店最近的紅綠燈需要手動按按鈕才能過馬路。
在前台需要登記國內手機號和地址，護照會被工作人員拿去複印。前台附近可以免費領取一次性刮鬍刀。
運氣比較好，被分配到了西南側的房間（也就是沒有鐵路的那一側，但是有高坡擋住了視線）。
房間門衹有一米八高並且隔音效果較差（可以聽見走廊聲音），配兩套毛巾浴巾睡衣拖鞋牙具，訂的煙房但幸好幾乎沒什麼味道。房間小到20寸行李箱放在地上攤開基本上就堵路了，帶更大行李箱的人慎選。
整體設施非常陳舊，吊燈甚至有拉線開關，如果牆壁開關沒能點亮燈的話試着拉一下。
房間內的網線似乎改成點播機專用了因此基本沒有上傳帶寬，公共WiFi對等30Mbps。
洗手間內不設洗手池（需要使用外面迷你廚房的），配瓶裝洗髮露護髮素和沐浴露，馬桶不設垃圾桶（日本廁紙都很薄可以直接入馬桶），浴缸非常窄，拉上簾子洗浴時很難避免與簾子親密接觸，實在是不推薦多人同住。迷你廚房的冰箱不會送免費水（去對面711自己買），如果完全沒打算用的話可以考慮用冰箱內的旋鈕關閉冰箱電源，晚上睡覺時的噪音能少一個。
剩下的房間環境介紹可以右轉國內某粉色視頻網站搜酒店名字，有個23分鐘的視頻可以參考（雖然是日語介紹沒有字幕並且户型也不一樣）。
吃飯可以選擇車站東北方向出入口商店街的松屋和食其家，當然你要去711買泡麪便當也不是不行。

建物が新しく綺麗で、スタッフさんも優しく快適に過ごすことができました。
トイレ、バスルーム共に女性用、男性用に分けられていたので安心して使うことができました。
アメニティ、タオルはありますが、ドライヤーはどこにもないので必要な方は持ってくることを忘れないでください。
室内はベットと冷蔵庫があります。机かなにかがあれば、より快適に過ごすことができたと思います。

PPengguna TetamuI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!

MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station，Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Kali ini kami menginap di bilik tiga di Bangunan Selatan. Kemudahan bilik tidak begitu baru, tetapi sangat bersih. Anda boleh menghubungi meja depan untuk mengisi semula air minuman percuma di dalam bilik. Untuk tidak membawa bagasi bersama kami semasa perjalanan, kami mendaftar masuk bagasi kami ke hotel seterusnya Apabila kami bertanya tentang perkhidmatan daftar masuk, kami bernasib baik untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan Cina dari pelayan Jepun di meja depan. Bilik yang kami tinggal berhadapan dengan Dewan Bandaraya Tokyo Kami dapat melihat Gunung Fuji pada waktu siang ketika cuaca baik, dan kami dapat melihat telur Godzilla Easter melalui tingkap pada waktu malam. Meja penyambut tetamu dan sarapan kedua-duanya berada di tingkat tiga Walaupun sarapan pagi tidak sepelbagai hotel domestik, ia sangat Jepun dan menang dengan kualiti. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik 1108. Kepala katil dekat dengan tingkap bilik itu menghadap ke kereta bawah tanah, jadi saya boleh mendengar dengan jelas bunyi landasan kereta api ketika tidur disyorkan untuk tinggal di bilik di baris 08, 09 dan 10. Kawasan sekitar sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah Tidak ramai orang Cina di hotel, tetapi kebanyakannya penduduk tempatan dan warga asing, jadi hampir tidak ada bunyi semasa sarapan.

AACThe hotel is conveniently located, right above the convenient store. It is just 7 mins from Kensei Ueno station, which has train to go to Narita Airport within 40 mins. It is only 3 mins walk from JR station, which only took about 30+ mins to Haneda airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Near Ueon Park, with a few Museums. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tanpa Namai booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!

Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff.
The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily.
Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then……
No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.
