hotel was very centrally located, within walking distance to shibuya station and shibuya scramble square. The twin room was small but still acceptable for 2 pax. The family room for 3 pax has however too small, and we ended up have to give way to each other when we need to move around the room. Self service laundry is provided, but there is only one with washer cum dryer. Hotel was very thoughful to provide complimentary hot drinks for hotel guests, including light snacks.

This is an amazing hotel for solo travellers.
I booked a single, non-smoking room and whilst it was small, it was more than enough. The bed was a small double bed, and the bathroom was big enough.
The staff were wonderful and very friendly.
The location of this hotel was spectacular, with it being a 5 minute walk to Shibuya station and a 10 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble Crossing. I will stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As there is construction work going on at the Shibuya Station, it would be very helpful if more information regarding navigation from the station to the hotel was being provided in advance, especially routes without stairs.

I love this hotel because it is in the city center and in shibuya. maybe the only downside is that there are a lot of drunk people outside after partying all night and there are also unclean alley if you go at the back and take a shortcut going to shibuya crossing. however, the hotel is indeed clean and great staff too. I came in with my friends

If you're like me, this is the perfect hotel. No frills. Just a futon on the floor, clean bathroom, hot shower, privacy. And right outside, the epicenter of bustling Tokyo culture. Shibuya pass, amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, so many people to run into and meet. Yoyogi Park, Meji Shrine, bright lights, electric futuristic Tokyo alongside the old country. The staff are very helpful, but it's nothing fancy. It's what I'm always looking for - simple, budget place, but not a hostel either. You have your privacy, and everything works well and is clean. I'd definitely book this for my next trip to Tokyo.

The hotel is located 10 min walk from Shibuya stream and train station. The staff was amazing and the service was great! They offer lots of things for they’re guests! Beer for free from 15:00-18:00, and they also gave me 2 coupons for free drink between 18:00-21:00. Also, soft drinks are for free 24/7. For smokers there is a small rooftop on the 7th floor that you can chill there as well, play pool and drink something. Also they offer cleansing gel, face wash, razors etc for free.
The room was very cozy, not that small as most of the hotels in Tokyo, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and they offer several of options. I also had dinner (they serve until 22:00). I order ceasar salad that was incredibly tasty, and a burger that was so so. But in general the overall experience was wonderful! For sure ill be back!

如果是背包客，這裡是個不錯的選擇，性價比高，離火車站近，樓下對面就是7-11。抽菸區在樓下靠近惠比壽車站1號出口或拉麵冠尾的路上。沒有飲用水機器和自助洗衣機。唯一的問題是每天必須在10點退房，14點後才能再次入住，但行李可以鎖在置物櫃裡。本地人和外國人都有入住，感覺很多人是晚上來不及回家在這裡過夜的😂。膠囊房間區禁止飲食並需保持安靜，二樓有休息區可充電、使用電腦和吃東西。這是男女分開的膠囊旅館，洗澡的樓層非常乾淨，提供吹風機、私人和公共洗澡區以及桑拿區。但如果你是***，請遵守規矩，不要隨意觸碰他人或是做奇怪的事情在澡堂，避免違反日本性騷法律。大多數的人在那邊都是很禮貌的。
If you're a backpacker, this is a good choice with high cost-performance and close proximity to the train station. There's a 7-11 right across the street. The smoking area is downstairs near the Ebisu Station Exit 1 or along the way to Kamuro Ramen. There's no drinking water dispenser or self-service laundry. The only issue is that you have to check out by 10 AM and can check in again after 2 PM, but you can store your belongings in a locker. Both locals and foreigners stay here, and it seems like many people who miss the last train come here to spend the night 😂. The capsule room area is quiet and doesn't allow food, but there’s a lounge on the second floor where you can charge your devices, use your computer, and eat. This is a gender-segregated capsule hotel, and the bathing floors are very clean, with hair dryers, private and communal baths, and a sauna. However, if you're ***, please follow the rules, avoid inappropriate touching or strange behavior to comply with Japan’s sexual harassment laws in the shower room. People in there are nice!

PPengguna TetamuI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!

JJoyceLocation is great -5 mins walk from station. Rooms are decent size for Jap standard and hotel is modern and classy, doesn’t feel dated. No need to join the breakfast at hotel as lots of options nearby. 7/11 attached and Starbucks and cafes and shops within 2 mins walking distance. Sawamura ( turn right at Starbucks) has yummy bread and pastries and there is a line queuing up for lunch every day before 11.

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Niat asal memilih hotel ini ialah kami boleh menaiki bas ke Takayama di hab pengangkutan Shinjuku Atas sebab cuaca, kami telah menyesuaikan jadual perjalanan kami dan dengan senang hati telah memilih Hotel Keio Plaza. Hotel ini terletak dengan sangat mudah, dan hab pengangkutan Shinjuku yang berdekatan adalah sangat mudah. Anda disyorkan untuk menaiki kereta api bawah tanah untuk ke hotel atau menavigasi ke aras bawah tanah untuk pengunjung pertama kali ke Shinjuku. Kali ini kami menginap di bilik tiga di Bangunan Selatan. Kemudahan bilik tidak begitu baru, tetapi sangat bersih. Anda boleh menghubungi meja depan untuk mengisi semula air minuman percuma di dalam bilik. Untuk tidak membawa bagasi bersama kami semasa perjalanan, kami mendaftar masuk bagasi kami ke hotel seterusnya Apabila kami bertanya tentang perkhidmatan daftar masuk, kami bernasib baik untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan Cina dari pelayan Jepun di meja depan. Bilik yang kami tinggal berhadapan dengan Dewan Bandaraya Tokyo Kami dapat melihat Gunung Fuji pada waktu siang ketika cuaca baik, dan kami dapat melihat telur Godzilla Easter melalui tingkap pada waktu malam. Hotel ini berjarak 5 minit berjalan kaki dari medan selera, di mana terdapat banyak pilihan.

XXuekeqiangLokasinya mudah, pengangkutannya mudah, anda boleh melihat Sky Tree dan Jambatan Agatsuma apabila anda membuka tingkap, dan anda boleh pergi ke Kaminarimon dan Kuil Sensoji dalam beberapa langkah sahaja! Terdapat begitu banyak tempat untuk makan dan membeli-belah berdekatan. Ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke tarikan utama Tokyo dengan MRT!

PPengguna TetamuBiliknya tidak besar dan lokasinya sangat bagus. Anda boleh melihatnya dari stesen JR. Meja penyambut tetamu dan sarapan kedua-duanya berada di tingkat tiga Walaupun sarapan pagi tidak sepelbagai hotel domestik, ia sangat Jepun dan menang dengan kualiti. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik 1108. Kepala katil dekat dengan tingkap bilik itu menghadap ke kereta bawah tanah, jadi saya boleh mendengar dengan jelas bunyi landasan kereta api ketika tidur disyorkan untuk tinggal di bilik di baris 08, 09 dan 10. Kawasan sekitar sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah Tidak ramai orang Cina di hotel, tetapi kebanyakannya penduduk tempatan dan warga asing, jadi hampir tidak ada bunyi semasa sarapan.

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was fine, quite expensive for what seems like a hotel for business travellers. It is a good location, very close to the eating street. The lobby area is quite small, only a couple of chairs and a table, so can't really hang out there, which surprised me for what I paid for. The room is clean, but again quite small, it was long in length and narrow. But it did come with a shower room, and in addition had an onsen room on the top floor which was quite nice.

PPengguna Tanpa Namai booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!

Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff.
The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily.
Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then……
No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.
