We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself ”premier” the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

A beautiful boutique hotel with a rooftop onsen, at a great price. The room was small, so bring trunk-style luggages instead of those that open flat if possible. I could fit my trunk luggage easily into the nook below the tv. The semi-double bed is also smaller than your regular queen sized ones. While the location is great, it is a long walk from the main Shinjuku JR station, and the distance was truly felt when my feet was in pain and full of blisters from the second day on. The entire hotel was also very dusty for some reason, and it made my partner’s sinus infection act up badly. So I would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re sensitive towards dust. The onsen on the other hand, was great. Didn’t think I’d use it often but I ended up going every night. The onsen water smelled like chlorine most of the time, so don’t expect natural spring water. PS: Men’s onsen is equipped with Dyson hairdryers, but they’re not as strong as the one at home! Women’s one has a different hairdryer, but stronger and nicer than the one in the room. Staff were polite and helpful!

All good except swimming pool because kids are not welcomed, unless we go to Prince Hotel (10min walk) which needs to pay. I booked this hotel because it has swimming pool for my girl (9-year-old) and located next to Tokyo Tower, unfortunately kids are not welcomed to the pool. I will not come again next time, it is not kids friendly. It ruined my trip.... The sky bar too, kids are not allowed to get in for dinner....... We stayed there for 4 nights, we saw that an empty chocolate bag next to a public phone (next to the lift lobby) wasn't cleaned. 4 days still there.... amazing......

We stayed after a big party on Saturday and we had just enough energy to walk down to this hotel from Ginza(30min). As soon as we got to our room, we went to bed. The room is just enough for two guest and nothing special. Some hotels in Tokyo are providing a common bath recently and this is the case in this hotel. The size is not so big but small. it is great feeling to start a new day from bath! And next let have a famous breakfast. I had seen some photos, beautiful breakfast with lots of choices, even Ikura-don, which I didnt believe and I thought it is advertising only. However, the hotel provide that break fast and even better one. We were there for actually almost one hour and we made ourself really full (and no need to have a lunch on that day). A good thing is they provide small portions with various selections. The cost is little bit expensive (15,000 JPY) compared to the other business hotel. But it definitely worth it. After you had big break fast, you can walk to down

Being just next to the Senso-ji temple definitely makes this one of the more reasonable hotel options price wise. Staff are generally friendly, although I've had a much friendlier experiences in other smaller cities near Tokyo. Complimentary ramen during supper time is also a plus, although the taste is average. Many tourists from China and South Korea even during non peak periods, so do not be surprised if the hotel is not as clean as other cities with lesser tourists. Also be sure to book the room EXACTLY for how many guests are staying. I booked a 2 person room for 3 (as 3 people rooms were fully booked during my time there), and it was way too small. The front desk also didn't seem to happy about this arrangement when they found out, so do book correctly if possible. The hot spring at the basement was decent, and the black colour supposedly herbal hot pool was interesting. Although I felt itchy after using it, which my family members also felt the same, so the cleanliness of the pool might be questionable. Otherwise, there is also a hot tub and cold tub which looked clean. Still, the complimentary ice cream (during afternoon/night) and yakult (in the morning) are plus points, but then again a typical feature of Dormy hotels. Overall, a decent hotel especially if you want to be near the more famous tourist attractions in Asakusa, but will probably try to find better and cheaper hotels for subsequent visits to Tokyo.

The hotel is generally great and accessible, around 5 mins walk from the JR station and there’s a convenient store next to on the hotel. The Onsen is available from 3pm - 9.30am daily, so you will have sufficient time to enjoy yourself. The room is however very small and you might find it very squeeze if you’re travelling with your plus one.

一家四口七歲和14歲女兒，入住雙人床兩張，三日兩夜，空間尚算可以，整潔乾淨。 可以浸溫泉，超級relax，不同時間有拉麵有雪條有益力多。 可以行李寄存，入住的時候已經將行李送上房間，貼身服務。 酒店對面一間二十四小時營業的豬扒飯和鰻魚店，抵食。JR站附近亦有好多間食肆。光顧了神戶迴轉壽司，價錢中間，好味 樓下有7–11便利店。 只是沒有大型百貨公司，要出上野。 樓下最近有地鐵站，有JR站行6分鐘，銀座線去哪裏都方便。 近神田地鐵站6號出口，有局部性電梯，近地面有，近地下鐵冇。 還有六號出口，晚上九時會關閉。 帶行李，建議用2號出口，先出地面，雖然離地鐵站比較遠，但是不用搬行李上落。 女兒強烈喜歡這間酒店，希望下次再安排入住。 有不少日本人入住。

Hotel is nice and new with sea view that near to train station, it is quite suitable for family travel, it has hot spring, excellent breakfast with shashimi and ramen at night, but the location is a bit far away from the City, transportation is not so convenient to airport, only one bus at 12pm to Narita airport. Service is good but a bit difficult to communicate in English if you don't understand Japanese.

Room is nice and clean but the view of the room is bit awkward. Anyway, it’s great to live if you have car to travel with since can get free parking over night.
