Hotel berhampiran Mofureruya Kalahari, Tokyo

Relatively new hotel with modern decor. Really liked the vibes/design of the hotel and room. We found the room pretty spacious for Tokyo, def enough space to open two luggage. Under 10 min walk from JR Ueno (plus no need to climb stairs) so that was good for us with the luggage. Hotel is on the less bustling side of Ueno, but still very convenient for us to access the busy Ameyoko side of Ueno. We didn’t dine there but we always saw lots of locals dining at the lobby bistro, so I would think it must be pretty good.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

The location is good, about 8 mins walk to Tokyo Station. There are also many different metro lines that can reach the station near the hotel. However, the service overall is not as good as expected. We were requesting to get more bottles of water and got rejected for the amount requested (4 bottles and only gave us 2). The staff at the check in counter was not friendly neither.

New, modern, eco friendly hotel with great amenities: fitness center and public bath nearly empty whenever I used it. The comfortable, 24 hr lounge room with Nespresso machine, water, and ice- good place for lounging. Always welcoming 24/7 staff who can speak English. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and the train stations. Our hotel room was efficiently designed- the pocket door separates the bedroom from the front door and “open bathroom” space. The shower felt spacious and luxurious. We did use the dryer- what a bonus to have in the room! We chose the hotel for the location and price- and we’re really glad we stayed there for our entire Tokyo trip!

The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good. They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com. The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option. There is also a smoking room and a bar. Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was very nice. However, to use the swimming pool, I was given a locker key to change into a swimsuit, but there was a charge(room charge.) I was embarrassed because there was no explanation in advance that a fee would be charged. I hope to be informed enough in the future.

Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and boast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the shimmering bay. The tranquil ambiance, combined with easy access to attractions, makes it a perfect retreat in Tokyo.

Kemudahan: Sangat bersih tidak terasa terlalu kecil Tokyo Blizzard akhirnya berjaya menempah hotel di Shinjuku dengan harga kurang daripada 1,000, jadi jangan meminta terlalu banyak. Penghawa dingin tidak begitu baik untuk menggunakannya. Ia tidak panas selepas dihidupkan sepanjang malam. Terdapat lif terus di tingkat satu dan anda boleh pergi ke meja depan di tingkat tiga untuk mendaftar masuk. Perkhidmatan: Meja penyambut tetamu sangat mesra dan menyimpan bagasi secara percuma. We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.
