The staff were very friendly , the amenities were really accessible its all rounded so theres not really much to worry about, the staff are able to understand and was really great help to any enquires.

This hotel is among one of the best in class and in this price range that we have experienced in Tokyo. Location is excellent, within 7 minutes walk of jimbocho metro station which connects to Shinjuku in 10 minutes ! There is a 7-11 convenience store right across the street from the hotel. Rooms are very good sized for a hotel in city Centre, well connected with Roppongi and Kudan****a. Room has all essential amenities and more. There is a desk and chair for business travelers who have to work from their room and attend meetings. Bathroom is very clean and modern. Check in progress was easy though everything was in Japanese language. Staff was courteous and helped us in every possible way.

Hotel is clean and well presented. As i know no Japanese the reception desk helped me with any query i had to the best of their ability. The hotel is a great location to get about Tokyo has the closed station is Idabashi just a quick 5 minute walk or crossing across two streets away as the hotel is on a main road. Idabashi is on the Sobu line so quick and easy to get to Shinjuku, Akihabara and Asakusa. However only a few stops away from places to swap lines. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tokyo Dome and its outlets. Also has the underground line as well. So really effective for traveling across Tokyo. As the main station has two clear exists and not overly busy and complicated compared to other stations. The only thing to be aware of is that it is next to a duel carriage way/ motorway and not as quiet as other places i have stayed across tokyo. However in terms of location it the best i experienced so far However hotel is great and my experience is great.

Is very convenient to local subway (2min walk) or JR train (10-15min walk). Staying there over 11 nites, front desk staffs & room cleaners are all very friendly & helpful. Walking distance to various shopping areas, animates streets, park & zoo. Many convenient stores around, 24hrs eatery. The only thing isn’t good is rooms too small, if couple or single is ok but friends in dual better get 2 single-beds room which is bigger (that’s what I upgraded for my 2 sons 3000¥ per nite). If coffee lovers, you have to prepare yourself coffee as they have complimentary green tea only.

I originally planned to stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo however on the suggestion of a local friend I gave the Bulgari Tokyo a shot for one night. I booked a Deluxe Skyline view room as a Marriott gold member. Note that while you can book through Marriott, the Bulgari brand does not participate in Marriott Bonvoy and as such I did not expect to receive any benefits at all during the stay. I was very pleasantly surprised to see in the app that I was upgraded before arrival to a Premium Imperial Garden view room. On check in I was directly taken by staff from the entrance to my room with no break at a check in desk which is a great level of service I’ve come to anticipate from the top end of the 5 star market. I’d like to point out that the entrance may not be readily apparent and I had a taxi driver who was not sure how to approach the hotel. The hotel entrance on the ground floor occupies the southern and southeastern portions of the building. There is an outside pedestrian entrance, a pick up/drop off entrance, and an entrance from inside the mall through a small hall. The hotel has a premium location east right across the street from Tokyo Station. The room itself was frankly immaculate. It was not technically a suite but by Tokyo standards you could have convinced me it was a suite as it was extremely spacious with a breathtaking view facing west towards Tokyo Station, the Imperial Gardens, and on clear days you could even see Mt. Fuji. I really liked that the bed and seats are set so that the view is front and center. When you have a room with a great view many hotels do not do a good job of emphasizing this but the Bulgari Tokyo achieves this. In public areas there was always ample staff to provide service without a wait. I feel obligated to address price as this hotel is regularly one of the highest priced of the western affiliated brands in Tokyo. This hotel is very new, has a great location, and I believe has a target clientele in mind. If you are that target clientele with a need or desire for a high level of quality, personalized service with luxurious rooms then this is the hotel you’re looking for. If you’re more value-oriented or an independent traveler without a need for personal service like I typically am then I would gently suggest looking elsewhere.

Truly love my stay at this hotel! This hotel located next to the train station and we could travel to other places so easily! The staffs are all very polite! But the self check in machine was kinda hard to use as after spending 10 minutes on the machine, it said the check in could be processed… And then a staff came out and manually check us in with just a minute! Why do they even bother to use the self check in machine when the staff could manually check guest in so quickly…

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nell’ottobre del 2019 per il nostro viaggio di nozze. Tutto sommato le camere sono abbastanza spaziose: ci sono due letti abbastanza grandi (ma volendo si dorme comodi anche in due in un letto solo) mentre il bagno offre tutto il necessario tra bagnoschiuma, shampoo, rasoio, asciugacapelli ecc. In camera ci sono anche un bollitore per il tè e vari infusi. Nella hall dell’albergo vi è anche una macchinetta per il caffè (americano) a disposizione per i clienti e, nei piani inferiori, una lavanderia e un onsen (sempre gratuita per i clienti). La colazione abbraccia sia lo stile giapponese che quello occidentale accontentando quindi tutti. Il personale è davvero molto cordiale e la pulizia in tutti gli ambienti è impeccabile. Punto di forza credo sia però la posizione: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e, per quanto sia ubicato praticamente nei pressi del Tokyo Dome, la zona è molto tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze vi sono poi molti conbini, locali e negozi. Insomma, decisamente promosso.

沒有想到這麼高端的酒店早餐是套餐，而且做得非常精緻營養和養眼。 前台接待有説粵語的熟年男士對普通話的客人十分不耐煩，看着我們找不到房間電梯不做引導，問周邊餐食也冷漠地説不知道。日本語接待女士都是努力提供服務建議引導。讓我們看到了日本旅遊業人士的素質教養。 房間配品都很精緻周到。東京的半島服務超過香港。 在早餐時間邂逅日本婚禮，借位大堂早餐空間，卻並不喧囂，一起感受幸福的剎那。有福啦。 下次來避開港式粵語服務生吧。

Overall, reasonable hotel. I went to check in at 3pm but the actual check in time was 10pm, which was a bit strange. Bed is very comfortable. Clean environnement with good service. The rooms isn’t too small. But the bathroom just has a shower. The walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear those around you. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my bags which I waited. Extra towels are provided and all cleaning necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)
