I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

Nous sommes restés dans cet hôtel 5 nuits. Très bien placé à 10 minutes à pied de shinjuku et à 2 minutes d’une ligne de métro. Eau chaude fonctionnelle, tout était très propre , le lit confortable et la chambre est totalement sombre les volets fermés ce qui est parfait dans le pays du soleil levant. Je recommande.

The accommodation is a bit distant from Shinjuku station, with Shinokubo being the closest station. As you make your way to this ”cabin,” you'll experience the bustling atmosphere of one of Tokyo's busiest areas. Cabins or capsules do not offer a separate room and resemble dormitories in hostels. While the cleanliness of shower booths and other shared spaces isn't impeccable, it's generally acceptable. Each cabin is equipped with individual fabric partitions and a personal light. If you're not overly sensitive, you may find the setup somewhat isolating.

Location : Shinjuku NOT recommend that if the hotel management hasn’t taken any action to an old rude impatient so called receptionist Been in Tokyo for 5 days and I have noticed that Tokyo is the best customer service providing country around the world. However, I had bad experience in dealing with an old, impatient and aggressive receptionist ruined my recognization to Japan which is the best customer service providing one. We checked in around mid night and the young receptionist is really nice and friendly. The next morning, we met with that old receptionist guy and did extend for another day. We left the room after dropping our luggages and waiting the elevator to go down.At that time, he knocked the door which is near with elevator and asked us to leave the key. The keypoint is here. The way he asked the key is very rude and he treated us that we are like a poor and beggar. We paid money to stay there. So, he should give respect to every customer who stay at his hostel. I have noticed that the similar feedback in a few days and wonder why management didn’t take any action or give him a warning (Or may be he might be a relatives of owner 😏) Overall, if you have heavy luggage, are tired and didn’t want to face those bossy receptionist, pls try to choose other hostel.

For my first trip to Tokyo I knew I wanted to stay in Shinjuku and I wanted ton stay in a capsule hotel. This was great. It is a proper capsule hotel with rows of cubbyhole bunks. Quite comfortable and I had no issues with noise. You get a locker for your stuff, bedding, PJs, slippers, some toiletries, a towel...everything you need. The bathrooms were big and well equipped. Breakfast was included but it was in a separate building somewhere and I never bothered to go find it. I just got a tin of coffee from the vending machines on the kitchen floor. The wifi was good. There is a weird thing where you sort have to check out for a bout 4 hours each day, but I could leave my bag in the locker and I had the same bunk, so it wasn't a big deal. The place, despite being on an upper floor of a tower is easy to find (I used maps.me) and it is just a couple mis form the train station. I thought it was awesome and would definitely stay there again.

I booked VIP room through Booking.com. My plan is not refundable, but The hotel's manager canceled my reservation without any reason, without any explication and forced us to change for the other plan more expensive. I don't know why this hotel forced us extra fee for no reason , I guess they wanted to raise the price because of the lost due to Corona. I called so many times to kindly ask for them why he changed my non refundable reservation without my agree. And I spoke to the Manager in which he said: This is not my problem, I don't care if you had reserved a refundable plan to non refundable plan. The hotel has a right to modify the reservation's content. The hotel receptionist named nick Pyle , the hostel's manager who picked up the phone is too rude to even be at the hotel. Was so surprised to found such bad service at a hotel in japan. Eeven during the stay at hotel, this manager's attitude in a very rude way is unacceptable Hey, you ! the manager ! Do you treat your customers like that ??? Which kind of education you had ? Mr Manager that I spoke with was uncooperative and rude. When I asked for his name he said multiple times ”Why do you need my name?”, then eventually he told me that his name is Lee, or Nick or Pyle . When I asked to speak to someone else he told me that he is the only person available. I experienced so much anger and frustration, I will suggest never stay in this hotel. What a irresponsible person , The hotel's owner must think to place some one else well educated person as a manager. 月末で仕事が忙しくなるので予め数日宿泊するために予約をしました。ここのホテルの滞在は最悪の一言です。ホテルのマネージャーの対応が一番ひどい。他のサイトも含めて宿泊した方が残した悪いコメントをみてください、チェックインの時、何か相談する時、チェックアウトの時、請求書をお願いする時、すべての状況においてNick ? Pyle ?という人マネージャーが自ら対応するがその非常識な対応、責任者とは思えない対応が不愉快きまわりないです。Bookig.comでキャンセル不可のプランを予約したが、コロナで宿泊客が少なく売り上げが少ないせいなのか、予約不可のプランを勝手にホテル側がキャンセルしてきた。その上、代わりに別の料金の高いプランを強制してきた。余りに身勝手な事をしてきたので何度か電話をしたが、ここの責任者だという外国人マネージャーは電話が聞こえないふりをして切る。子供のような対応で呆れた、、彼の教育レベルの低さを感じました。その後、実際にチェックインする際は予約情報が見当たらずまたトラブル。そのトラブル対応をするのは先に述べた非常識、日本語も英語も片言のNickというオランダ人マネージャーが対応してきます。夜担当 の日本人スタッフの方は素晴らしい対応だったのに残念。本当にここのホテルはすすめません。施設は新しく綺麗でロケーションはいいが、近くに綺麗な同じような値段のカプセルホテルがあるのでそこをすすめます。最初に予約していた価格よりも高い額に勝手に変えられ、マネージャーという男にひどいサービス、対応をうけ、不快きわまりない。本当におすすめしません。予約していた料金よりも高い料金に勝手に変えるなんてありえないですよね?日本の常識、いや世界万国共通の常識というのが通じません。日本語も英語も片言で通じないし、本当にらちが明かない。
