Very close to Haneda airport. You can take both railway/ airport shuttle to Haneda T1, 2/3. One thing is this Kamata district isn't typically safe environment. Be aware of this. Room size is Ok, you will have all you need. Bathroom size is so small and tiny. It also accompanied with strange and stinky smell. I could find wiggler at night in the bathroom. Staffs, both cleaning and reception, were friendly. I appreciate their effort and service. BUT the hotel HARDWARE itself is unsatisfied.

The hotel is close to the station, but there is some noise because it is close to the railway. The room is spacious and clean, but the surrounding environment is average. The breakfast is just like the breakfast of an ordinary business hotel, which is relatively simple.

It's about 10 minutes' walk from kamata station, so it's OK to move. The facilities are clean, and most of the restaurants in kamata are delicious, which is a surprise. However, even though I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days for two people, I was very disappointed that there were two large towels and two towels that were as large as handkerchiefs. The bathroom is wide-angle, so if you actually look at it, it can be seen as a single person that can be seen anywhere in Japan. I had a good time.

Thank you for your courteous service at both check-in and check-out.
The bed was on the hard side, but the spacious room was comfortable.
The cover in the bathroom had come off and there was a slight smell, but the price was cheap so I guess I could put up with it.
The toothbrush provided as an amenity was helpful.
I stayed here as the night before flying to Haneda Airport.
I think I'll stay again.

Not my first time staying in hotel mystays chain! I will always try to book them as much as i can as their hotels are very strategically located near the train stations and the Kamata one has many late night amenities around it. There is a 24 hours ramen shop near the hotel and also a shopping centre as well. They even have late bus services that goes to Haneda airport and journey is only a mere 20 mins. Their rooms are small but designed to be compact and space efficient. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely book it again :)

Perfect location, only few mins walk from train stations and get to HND airport or Yokohama in 30 mins.
Convenient store, shops and restaurants are near by.
Coin laundry in lobby and microwave oven inside the room.
Room size is not big but fair enough for one person.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Requested not to have house keeping during my stay so no comment on cleanliness but overall a very recommended hotel.

Excellent for short night.
Front desk at late night shift has fully services and communicated English. Room is so so , tiny as usual standard hotel room in Japan. TV program and wifi are terrible but its not big problem for take rest in few hrs. If no get discount and must to pay normal rate maybe Im looking for another hotels where offer the better amenities.
Location isn't nearby Kamata station when go down but you can walk for 10mins. Recommend buy something or grab some food before check in because none of convenient stores are nearby the hotel. You must to walk back to the way along the station.Quiet zone for take rest and take short time to Haneda Airport.

I stayed here after work to prepare for an early morning flight. It was close to Keikyu Kamata Station, and the surrounding area was quiet with many apartment buildings.
I was able to stay cheaply in a convenient location, and I think it was a great start to my trip. If I had to point out one drawback, it was that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower.

Our recent stay at a hotel conveniently located just above a JR station was marked by comfort and convenience, even though we opted to drive. It's worth noting for future guests that parking is available near the hotel. We found it most convenient to park on the 4th floor of the car park and take a short walk near the escalator directly to the hotel on the 3rd floor of the building.
The room exceeded our expectations in size, a welcome surprise as it was larger than many typical hotel rooms in Japan. The cleanliness and modernity of the room were impeccable, and there were no unpleasant odors. The shower pressure was notably strong, which added to the comfort of our stay. Hotel amenities such as makeup remover, face wash, lotion, toner, and bath salts were available for self-service in the lobby, offering a wide range of choices.
Located within a shopping mall, the hotel provided excellent access to dining and shopping conveniences. For breakfast, we received meal coupons valued at 1,000 yen each, which could be used at any restaurant within the mall. If the cost of the meal exceeded the value of the coupon, we simply paid the difference. While we believe the coupons could be used from 7 AM to 11 PM, we utilized ours for breakfast at a cafe. This flexible dining option was a significant advantage, allowing us to choose from various eateries.

The location of the hotel is indeed a bit far from the city center, but it is still convenient. There are convenience stores nearby and a larger supermarket 15 to 20 minutes away. There is a refrigerator in the room, which is great! It's just that there is less ”desktop” to put things on.
I also agree with previous reviews. There are lifts at the subway station near the hotel, which is convenient for travelers with heavy luggage. The waiters are friendly and the daily cleaning service is attentive. I have to mention that one night the quilt cover was only stained a small spot, and the cleaner replaced it the next day, which was very considerate. In addition, the pillows here are very comfortable. I really want to buy it home. 😊

Outstanding
GGuest UserI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!
JJoyceLocation is great -5 mins walk from station. Rooms are decent size for Jap standard and hotel is modern and classy, doesn’t feel dated. No need to join the breakfast at hotel as lots of options nearby. 7/11 attached and Starbucks and cafes and shops within 2 mins walking distance. Sawamura ( turn right at Starbucks) has yummy bread and pastries and there is a line queuing up for lunch every day before 11.
GGuest UserI couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tidy and welcoming place to stay!
GGuest UserI would definitely return to this hotel again. The staff was very attentive and the location is fantastic. The room we had stayed in was newly renovated and the interior design was very user friendly. The breakfast at the premier lounge was amazing.
LloobenjaminExcellent service staff especially Miss Fujita mending the checkin counter. She has been very friendly, helpful by providing us with a lot of information, explained in detail about the hotel facilities and even recommended us to some site seeing locations in Asakusa. Hotel is in a very strategic location within the heart of Asakusa, accessible by 2 metro line, with great 7-11 just a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely going to repeat our stay there in the future.
SSALLESWe had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was fine, quite expensive for what seems like a hotel for business travellers. It is a good location, very close to the eating street. The lobby area is quite small, only a couple of chairs and a table, so can't really hang out there, which surprised me for what I paid for. The room is clean, but again quite small, it was long in length and narrow. But it did come with a shower room, and in addition had an onsen room on the top floor which was quite nice.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
GGuest UserI love the location it’s super convenient. Staff are super polite and smiley.
Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff.
The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily.
Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then……
No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.
