Hotel berhampiran Tokyo Metropolitan University Harumi Campus, Tokyo

Everything is just perfect except for the location. Its not close to any station within walking distance. The hotel is located in an artificial island in the chuo district. Every time we moved, calling uber is definitely a necessity. Besides that, the room, the food, the washroom, the bed and amenities are simply excellent. We chose this hotel because its newly opened recently. We suggest that free regular shuttle to nearby station should be offered to room guests.

Мне очень подошло расположение отеля. Приезжали всего на два дня в Токио, хотели посетить самые популярные места - Акихабара и Шибуя. Удобно добираться до достопримечательностей. От аэропорта Ханеда доехали примерно за 30 минут с одной пересадкой. В Акихабару поездка занимает 19 минут ч одной пересадкой. Уезжали в Кавагучико (Фуджи яма) с Shinjuku expressway bus terminal. По прямой 10 остановок от отеля. Гуляли по району вокруг отеля, всё есть, всё отлично. Если бы планировала остаться в Токио подольше, то расположение самое отличное посмотреть и Одайба, и Токийскую башню. Самый большой минус - практически отсутствие звукоизоляции. Слышно всё, что происходит на улице, а там оживленная дорога, и часто звучали сирены скорой помощи. Но на второй день привыкли, и этот шум перестал раздражать. Стоит сразу учитывать, что отель не новый. Если ожидать, что за экономную цену вы получите экономный номер, то больше и придраться не к чему:)

Great location, great views, and generally good rooms. Service was also great as I have found with this brand. The room had no microwave, which was a disappointment. The hotel did not have a gym either, which should be a standard amenity at this price point.

Неплохой отель на одну ночь. Номера очень маленькие. Но , в принципе, в номере есть все для комфортной ночёвки.

Around two kilometers from Tokyo main train station and a few hundred meters to a few subway stations. The location is very convenient for a vacation in Tokyo. Also, right next to the fish market (the wholesale part of the market have moved though). The public bath is very very nice and the breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Also I would recommend hotel guests that want to to find restaurants in the vicinity to cross the bridge to Kachidoki. There are a lot of nice restaurants there and even a street dedicated to the dish Monja (see picture).

It was so very noisy when I was trying to sleep in the hotel given that the windows are open for you to experience the cold Tokyo Weather What I didn’t like about my stay is the pillows are only 1x and the room is very small so if you pack with 2 30kgs luggage be ready to squeeze in that luggage of yours What I liked about the hotel is it is only 1min away walk to the train station that connects to JR Line and Tokyo Metro Station. Another is the feeling of being served like a 3 star service is average because I was able to leave my luggage after I checked out and tour the city before I return and leave for Yokohama.

On day of check-in, front desk missed out one of my rooms in booking! It was lucky i spoke enough Japanese to clear it up. I didnt check on their English proficiency though. Trip.com also replied me promptly on chat with the reservations number to clarify with the staff. I managed to check-in smoothly after which. Staff were friendly and greets you everytime you enter or leave the hotel. Hotel is at a great location, less than 5 minutes to JR Keiyo line that brings you straight to Maihama Station for Disney, and on Hibiya Line that goes to Ginza and Ueno. Various buses around 5min distancr that can go to Tokyo station, Tsukishima, etc. I walk to Ginza area in 15min. There is a Lawson, FamilyMart and a small supermarket in close proximity. Room was small for a compact twin, but comfortable for me as i was a Single user. I cannot fully open my 28inch luggage though. The bed and pillow were comfy and i slept well daily. The hotel has one of the best laundry machine i used! There is a function to wash and dry in the same machine so you dont have to come back and check on it. However if you have too many clothes, you will need to add more time to the drying. Bad point is that there are only 2, so if somebody just put it in, you would have to wait for a long time. Overall, i would choose this hotel again due to the great location.

初めて利用したのでホテルからチェックインのメールが来るまで事前登録をスルーしてましたが、英語の翻訳かけながら登録出来ました。部屋番号と部屋の暗証番号もメールで来るので何も問題なく出来ました。チェックイン15:00前に着きましたが受付の女性が声を掛けて下さったりと、安心出来ました。立地は銀座まで徒歩15分ととても近いし地下鉄の新富町が徒歩3分程度、セブンも近いのでとても便利でした。有名な塩パン屋さんも徒歩4分だったので並んで朝食用とお土産用に買いました。コロナ後は都心だとホテル代が高くて都心から離れた所に泊まってましたが、価格も安く立地も良いので次回もリピしたいです。

Hotel was pretty decent. Service was friendly at the front desk and at the restaurant. We were on the second floor in a corner room. There was a constant sound from the elevator motor when it ran I think but it wasn't too loud. The hallway on the 2nd floor sightly smelled like a wet dog. Room was clean although the shower curtain needed to be changed. Room was relatively quiet but during the early evening the thumps from the room above was apparent. Nighttime was quiet. Room is a little dated but we had everything we needed. Lots of hotels in Tokyo charge an arm and a leg for 3 beds but this hotel was reasonable. Price was right and close enough to convenience stores and the subway. I added the breakfast buffet to our room charge. The breakfast was good and had your basic needs like eggs, sausage, fish, steamed vegetables, fried noodles, fried potatoes, miso soup, rice, fruit, yogurt, bread, and salad greens, japanese items like natto, ume, hijiki, tamagoyaki, tsukemono etc.., coffee, tea, juice and milk. For the price, it was all what we needed for a hearty breakfast. I'd stay here again.
