Hotel berhampiran Yotsugi Railway Station, Tokyo

押上站B3出口上來，往右瞧對面馬路就是，Richmond有兩間剛好都在隔壁，僅隔著一條馬路，入住的這間是Richmond Premier，樓下是Life超市；另一間樓下則是壽司郎，用這來區別比較清楚。整體房型空間很大，至少有6坪，最高樓有特殊主題房型可選，像是劇院房、電競房、書櫃房，CI櫃台和餐廳在5樓，同樓層還有付費的共享Lunge，備品有雪肌精的乳液洗顏化妝水等，也是隨你拿。早餐豐盛，建議至少可吃一次看看，6樓有個休息空間，非常票亮，該樓層還有湯屋spa房型。地理環境方便，晴空塔商場就在對面，可以搭直達電梯到30樓餐廳看免費夜景；地鐵有淺草線和半蔵門線，可到銀座或澀谷；要去成田或羽田機場也都有直達車，墨田區是住宅區，人潮不擁擠，可換到較大空間，住起來舒服，相當推薦。

沒有想到這麼高端的酒店早餐是套餐，而且做得非常精緻營養和養眼。 前台接待有説粵語的熟年男士對普通話的客人十分不耐煩，看着我們找不到房間電梯不做引導，問周邊餐食也冷漠地説不知道。日本語接待女士都是努力提供服務建議引導。讓我們看到了日本旅遊業人士的素質教養。 房間配品都很精緻周到。東京的半島服務超過香港。 在早餐時間邂逅日本婚禮，借位大堂早餐空間，卻並不喧囂，一起感受幸福的剎那。有福啦。 下次來避開港式粵語服務生吧。

The staff were very friendly , the amenities were really accessible its all rounded so theres not really much to worry about, the staff are able to understand and was really great help to any enquires.

도쿄 중심서 조금 벗어난 곳이지만, 시부야선,공항선과 가까이 있어 오히려 돌아갈때는 편합니다. 그걸 의도했기도 하고요. 조금은 시설과 방이 낡았지만 허용 가능한 레벨입니다. 오히려 레트로감성의 느낌이 나서 개인적으로는 좋았습니다. 그리고 역에서 바로 앞이고, 주변에 식당,술집,가라오케,편의점이 오밀조밀하게 모여있어서 매우 편했습니다. 그런데 이 호텔에서 제일 칭찬하고싶은 부분은... 최근 1년간 일본을 꽤 많이 다녔고 호텔도 여러번 다녔는데 이제까지 묵었던 곳 중 직원들이 상당히 친절하고, 교육이 잘 되어있다는 느낌이 들어서 3일간 따뜻하고 대접받는다는 느낌을 받았다는 것입니다. 친절에 감사드립니다.

This hotel is around 10-15 minutes walk from ueno JR station. It ia clean, reception are nice. You can take amenites at lobby. They have hair dryer and hair strainger in the bathroom. Make.sure you check in before 11pm, otherwise no reception will help you.

I originally planned to stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo however on the suggestion of a local friend I gave the Bulgari Tokyo a shot for one night. I booked a Deluxe Skyline view room as a Marriott gold member. Note that while you can book through Marriott, the Bulgari brand does not participate in Marriott Bonvoy and as such I did not expect to receive any benefits at all during the stay. I was very pleasantly surprised to see in the app that I was upgraded before arrival to a Premium Imperial Garden view room. On check in I was directly taken by staff from the entrance to my room with no break at a check in desk which is a great level of service I’ve come to anticipate from the top end of the 5 star market. I’d like to point out that the entrance may not be readily apparent and I had a taxi driver who was not sure how to approach the hotel. The hotel entrance on the ground floor occupies the southern and southeastern portions of the building. There is an outside pedestrian entrance, a pick up/drop off entrance, and an entrance from inside the mall through a small hall. The hotel has a premium location east right across the street from Tokyo Station. The room itself was frankly immaculate. It was not technically a suite but by Tokyo standards you could have convinced me it was a suite as it was extremely spacious with a breathtaking view facing west towards Tokyo Station, the Imperial Gardens, and on clear days you could even see Mt. Fuji. I really liked that the bed and seats are set so that the view is front and center. When you have a room with a great view many hotels do not do a good job of emphasizing this but the Bulgari Tokyo achieves this. In public areas there was always ample staff to provide service without a wait. I feel obligated to address price as this hotel is regularly one of the highest priced of the western affiliated brands in Tokyo. This hotel is very new, has a great location, and I believe has a target clientele in mind. If you are that target clientele with a need or desire for a high level of quality, personalized service with luxurious rooms then this is the hotel you’re looking for. If you’re more value-oriented or an independent traveler without a need for personal service like I typically am then I would gently suggest looking elsewhere.

2名で1ベッドルームを利用しました。良かった点、気付いた点を3点ずつ記載します。 ■良かった点 （1）ドリンクバーがあった点 フロントの横にドリンクバーがあります。自由に飲むことが可能です。種類は多くはありません。 （2）清潔感があった点 客室はきちんと清掃されており、清潔感はありました。タオルも衛生的でしたし、何ら問題ありませんでした。 （3）北千住駅から近い点 北千住駅から徒歩数分で到着します。館内ではカップラーメンやジュースなどを販売していますが、ホテル価格で割高です。たしかカップヌードルは250円、500ミリのペットボトル飲料で160円とかでした。駅からホテルに向かう途中にセブンイレブンもあるため、必要な方はセブンイレブンなどで事前に購入された方が多少の節約になるかと思います。 ■気付いた点 （1）全室禁煙である点 喫煙可能な客室はありません。館内に喫煙スペースもありません。喫煙する場合には一度外（公道）に出て、カードキーをかざしてロックを解除し、喫煙所に入る必要があります。喫煙の度に着替える必要があるため、喫煙者には不向きのホテルです。 （2）客室が非常に狭い点 正直、かなり狭かった印象があります。東横インのシングルルームよりも格段に狭くて、荷物の置き場にも困りました。スーツケースがある場合、玄関部分で広げるしかありませんが、2人分を広げるのは厳しいです。機内持ち込みサイズのスーツケースを1つ広げたらそれだけで足の踏み場が無くなります。 （3）客室内にアメニティが無かった点 歯ブラシ、綿棒などのアメニティは、フロント前のコーナーからセルフサービスで客室に持ち帰るイメージです。知らずにそのまま客室に向かったため、不便な思いをしました。客室に向かう前にアメニティはゲットしてから向かった方が効率的です。 私にとっては、客室の狭さ、ならびに全室禁煙というデメリット部分が大きいため、残念ながらリピートは無いかと思います。ただ、シングル利用で非喫煙者の方が単に寝るだけの目的ならば利用する価値はあるかと思います。

The last time we were at Tokyo, we were at the Kinshicho area so this was the main motivation for us to book Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kinshicho. Our first impression of the place was that it was very strategic, probably a good 200 meters' walk from Kinshicho Railway Station's southern entrance. The check in was very efficiently done and then it was time to check our room. A lot has been made in the reviews about how small the room is and I can't blame people for thinking that way. It's not so much the fact that you can't fit people in it but the fact that it does feel a bit cramped if you're travelling with multiple suitcases. The beds are comfortable as are the complimentary pyjamas that are laid out for you on the bed. My favorite feature of the room was the bathtub and it was good to have a dip at the end of a day. There is a laundry facility on the second floor which you can use to wash your clothes. Complimentary sachets of tea and coffee are available on the lobby for you to take up to your room. The clear point of improvement that I would suggest for it to have a ramp at its front entrance. As a result of this, guests would have to physically lift heavy suitcases up some steps to enter into the front lobby. It would be very useful and helpful to have some form of a ramp. I make particular highlight of the service. The staff at the receptionist's table are some of the most courteous and kindest people I have come across during my travels in particular the female staff member with long ponytail of Southeast Asian experience. I had four suitcases when I checked out and so I asked for her help to book a taxi to go to Haneda Airport. While careful to manage expectations, she promised to check with the taxi driver if four suitcases could be accommodated. She not only did this and confirmed that our four suitcases could go inside the taxi, but she physically helped load the suitcases onto the taxi while I went upstairs to check if there were anything left behind. We are very thankful for this staff member for her assistance.

Overall, reasonable hotel. I went to check in at 3pm but the actual check in time was 10pm, which was a bit strange. Bed is very comfortable. Clean environnement with good service. The rooms isn’t too small. But the bathroom just has a shower. The walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear those around you. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my bags which I waited. Extra towels are provided and all cleaning necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)

Pertama sekali saya menginap di hotel ini hanya untuk beberapa dolar lebih daripada hotel kapsul. Tetapi hotel ini lebih daripada itu. Walaupun mereka mengatakan ia katil kecil untuk 2 orang tetapi tidak sama sekali, sudah tentu bukan katil bersaiz king tetapi ia selesa untuk saya dan untuk isteri hamil saya. Kakitangan hotel sangat baik dan membantu seperti orang Jepun yang lain dan bilik yang sangat bersih dan kemas.
