The front desk staff were very friendly, the stay was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient.

Facilities: Rustic and quiet. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The small courtyard is peaceful and elegant. Service: Excellent! A thoughtful touch with a souvenir upon departure.

The room was very clean, with automatic curtains, and the mattress firmness was adjustable. It's also very close to Xizha Scenic Area, and within walking distance to Nanzha and Dongzha, which is quite convenient. The landlady was very enthusiastic and even offered a small travel guide. Highly recommend!

The environment is very comfortable and clean, and I feel very safe. I wasn't scared coming back at night, and the surroundings are very secure. The staff are very nice and the service is excellent.

Perfect place to stay rather than the main attraction place. Wuzhen Xiza is too crowded to stay @. This hotel we stayed (PUYI) is only walking distance to Wuzhen Xi Za. When we checked out, we got a free souvenir too.

I visited Wuzhen last month for the Theatre Festival and booked this B&B back in August for three consecutive nights (Oct 16-18). My stay was really pleasant. Here's why: 1. It's very close to Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, about a 700-meter walk, which made getting around and returning from sightseeing very convenient. 2. The service at the B&B was excellent. A friendly young man actively helped with my luggage during both check-in and check-out. The two complimentary bottles of water in the room weren't enough for me, and when I asked for two more, they immediately provided them. 3. The environment was lovely. It was quiet at night, with no noise disturbance, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room facilities were complete and clean. The duvet was very comfortable, and the shower water was great. There were also a few books, including Mao Dun's 'Midnight' (pictured in Figure 4), a nice touch for guests who enjoy reading. 4. One evening, it got dark when I was heading back, so I called to ask if someone could pick me up. A car arrived outside the Xizha Scenic Area within minutes, which I found incredibly touching. 5. After checking out, they even drove me to the scenic area parking lot and gave me exquisite gifts (pictured in Figures 7 & 8). I will definitely recommend this B&B to any friends visiting Wuzhen in the future.

Lovely wee spot just 10min walk from Wuzhen town. Excellent service as well, would highly recommend. Plus a cute pond of turtles just chilling at the back

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the location was great. I even received a little gift from the homestay when checking out. Really happy with my stay and would love to come back!

Got to walk about 10 minutes to the West gate scenic area and 13 minutes to the east gate scenic area. Overall the room is clean and looks new.

I would like to give a super big thumbs up for the service and environment here! The staffs are super helpful and friendly which make me feel super comfortable and satisfied with the stay! They provide a recommended lists of places and restaurants to go upon our arrivals at hotel. They even gave us local product as souvenir before we leave. Warm-hearted and precious service 🤍 I would do if I could give them 10 stars rates! SUPER DUPER RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE!

The room layout was excellent, and the ambiance was quite charming. I particularly enjoyed being able to open the window and see the small courtyard. The dehumidifier in the bathroom was a thoughtful and very practical touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the warm welcome gift.

We were really pleased with the room, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. We stayed on the first floor, and the quaint stream with its small bridge right outside created a truly picturesque setting. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. Its central location made it super convenient for visiting both Dongzha and Xizha. As we were leaving, the owner even gave us some delicious pastries. We'll definitely be back!

Accomodation is within walking distance to Xizha and is really easy to get didi. As with most homestay, room is not cleaned up daily despite putting up the sign on the door. Nevertheless, the rest of the service make up for that. Another big plus to receive a gift on my day of check out.
