Ulasan Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre, an IHG Hotel

Perfect location, friendly staff , good service, easily accessible

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The settlement went well, the staff is friendly. The hotel is clean, the room was also clean, except for a few hair in the bathroom, the hotel is located in the city center 2 km from Union Station. The room was cozy, towels, bathrobe, iron, safe, refrigerator, view from the window of the neighboring house and part of the city. The mattress was too soft, maybe someone likes it. Of the cons, this is the air conditioner - it blows directly on the bed where the pillows lie. I asked to reduce the speed, but it was turned off completely, it was good, but by the morning I was frozen 😅 In general, a good hotel and staff. Convenient location, there is a convenience store nearby. I recommend to stay.

Booked a celebration weekend for my sisters graduation and 21st birthday combined. Planned to do some shopping and relax and enjoy the pool. When we arrived we found the pool was closed, we had not been informed prior or when we checked in. Bathtub plug did not seal so water would drain from the bath whist you were in it. Coffee machine in room did not work and would switch itself off after you’d filled it. An expensive trip and thoroughly disappointed

Good location and easy access to the subway or only 10 minutes walk to Dundas Square

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Lots of halal eateries to try. Walking distance to Eaton Centre. Nice hotel with friendly staffs.

This is essentially a budget hotel with a great location. I was given an odd room, so maybe that's why it was a bit small. The hallway smelled a bit weird, and the shower drained in a strange way. But it had a TV and coffee and it got the job done!

For first night. We have room facing the road. very noisy and insulation is not good. wind coming through the window. And i ask to change room. Second room is better. Also no amenities. Need to ask for toothbrush and slipper. But location is good. In downtown. one of the advantages

The hotel was in an excellent location. I was able to do most attractions in Toronto by walking from the hotel. The room was nice and modern and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The view was awesome and captured a good amount of the downtown area. For the price I paid I say it was worth it. I would definitely visit this hotel again.
