Good location, acceptable price, but facilities a bit old.

Good location. Close to Front St W, subway, street car access. Great music!

不理解評分怎麼會這麼高…能想象半夜去完衞生間房卡提前一天失效，被鎖門外打電話沒人接是種什麼體驗嗎？？？（就穿了條內褲去酒吧大堂換卡...）🤦♂️住過最無語的酒店，沒有之一。再住除非*****…

立地も良くて最低限の設備はあるので一人旅には充分だと思います。朝に1階のバーでパンやコーヒーを無料でもらえたのが良かったです。

乾淨，友善。雖然房間稍小，公用衞生間，但是屋裡有水龍頭，除了洗澡和方便都可以在屋內完成。性價比高。不小心丟了一張房卡，也沒有叫我們花錢賠償。十分感謝，滿分。 地理位置超級好，DT附近設施都步行可達。

位置很好，市中心核心區域，周邊購物很方便。

很一般的酒店，太貴

The hotel itself is an institution, it’s located in a happening part of the city, and absolutely everyone - the owner, the cleaner, the wait staff, and the front desk folks - were friendly and hospitable. The room was a small, standard room (with bath), exactly as we expected. And of course there is music downstairs every night. What’s not to love?

Affordable, friendly staff, good location, close to public transit, and a great onsite opportunity to attend live jazz concerts.

Rex Hotel is a perfect place to just set up and wander/explore the area. The location provides a convenient walk to central shopping/food/subway transportation. There's a drugstore right next to it as well if you need any necessities. It is located right above a dining spot/jazz club and it's a wonderful experience if you're winding down from the rest of your day. There is a shared bathroom, and the overall architecture is pretty dated (I had to push my door after I closed it on the inside to make sure it actually closed) but that is the only negative experience I had with this place.

Good for single budget minded traveller Old but well maintained. Jazz downstairs is marvellous

I understand there will be noise from Queen Street and the Jazz Club directly below my room, but what triggered the construction project at 2am from the Jazz Club? So much hammering that seemed like it was on the ceiling below which was my floor. The room could have been cleaner. Lot of long hair on the floor that was not mine.

Front desk staff and management were awesome, as well as restaurant staff! Made a mistake with booking, phoned and the woman at the front desk was so helpful and understanding! Turned what was about to be a very stressful day into an amazing evening. When we got back late from our event, we were able to catch some lovely live jazz and the restaurant staff went out of their way for us even though we were cutting it pretty close to closing time. Thank you!!

The server was not polite; The room was not clean. No private parking. Parking is inconvenient.
