"When I arrived at the hotel, no one helped me with my luggage. Only one employee was busy with valet parking. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff's attitude was also very official. I couldn't say they were indifferent or enthusiastic. My friend and I booked two rooms with our children and were told that they were not on the same floor. We needed to pay extra to upgrade to be arranged on the same floor. There was no sense of parent-child friendliness. Overall, it lacked the service quality that Park Hyatt should have. The room was not spacious, the corridor at the entrance was narrow, the sound insulation was average, the refrigerator was very noisy, and the sound of the subway passing by could be heard. The bar view on the 17th floor was good, and the cocktails were unique and delicious. The location was very convenient, and there was a famous brand street and museum just outside."

"This hotel, opened last year, is super clean and highly recommended! It was very convenient to have a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes from the airport. I arrived early in the morning, and since a room was available, I was able to check in earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated. It's about a 30-minute commute to downtown by bus, train, or Uber, but I also visited Niagara Falls, and it was actually closer from the hotel than from downtown, which was a bonus! Planes fly very close overhead, so it would be a great hotel for aviation enthusiasts too (haha), but I didn't mind the noise at all! Just a heads-up, amenities like toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so I recommend bringing your own."

"Centrally located, with City Hall Square just a short distance away. You can easily walk to the CN Tower and the University of Toronto. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped with amenities, including a coffee machine."

"The room was tiny and the facilities were outdated. The air conditioning unit was right next to the bed and was incredibly noisy. The bathroom was miniature, and there was no complimentary bottled water. It was expensive and poor quality 👎"

"Stayed overnight on a business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. They have regular shuttles which ensure an easy commute. There many food spots within a walking distance and if you fancy a drink, there are plenty of options. Could do better with old charming things like morning gowns and morning shoes."
