Food was excellent. Hockey families were put next to Airline employees causing drama every day. These groups should be kept together with Pilots on quiet floors. We don’t enjoy being yelled at by others including employees and security. Parking fees are high and all car chargers are broken. I would have to choose a hotel with functional chargers when we return next month.

It was very clean and nice hotel. Would love to visit again. Good location

寫的入住時間15點，但我10點多到了也讓我入住了。酒店機場大巴30分鐘一班，T1在ground floor，T3在arrival floor。酒店附近沒有商場和超市，有幾家餐館，酒店內也有餐館。

這裡是機場附近，可以乘坐52路公交車。在Carlingview站下。酒店也有穿梭巴士，來回多倫多Pearson機場，大約每半小時一班。 如果去往超市可以乘公交車，4公裡外有個No Frills。 周圍咖啡店很方便：星巴克、Tim Horton‘s。

離機場近，設施條件一般～

Just an overnight stay. Everything was satisfactory. Their airport shuttle is excellent; runs frequently and no need to call or book ahead. The location is convenient as there are several restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room, while dated in decor, was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. I had breakfast at their restaurant. Prices are a tad high, but the service was excellent. The wait staff couldn't do enough for me. Highly recommend.

Average - overpriced for what you get. Hotel reception was unsmiling and not friendly. Felt like a number. Room was dated.

It was wonderful. However I was surprised that the staff would not accept that I have a 45 min late check out (ie check out at 12:45 instead of 12!).

The check in process was not good ! They actually told us we couldn’t stay because they apparently couldn’t use our virtual visa to pay the deposit even though the room was already paid! Also charged us double amount for the deposit because we had to use the debit machine! The whole process took and hour and half and that was dealing with the manager! Next day I asked for a late check out the front staff worker told me no and gave me us 1230 it was 1145 at this time ! The alarm clocked didn’t work in the room nor did wake-up call service apparently! So my family rushed to be out we got out at 1245 to only learn that she actually gave us till 2pm and if we are done by 1 she wouldn’t charge us the late check out fee I offered to pay as well! What kind of staff does this! Purposely lies to your customers! Didn’t tell us how to use the elevator also that we needed to use the key card to access it to go to our floor ! Never again will my family stay at any Marriott and especially this one! Disgusting customer service just rude and ignorant and for no reason at all! Disgrace to the hotel because it was beautiful place !

Check-in smooth Room was spotless and nicely designed Check-out was good except for the burly young man behind the desk.

The staff in the restaurant were all very efficient, very pleasant to deal with very obliging.
