總而言之 這家酒店還是不錯的 床也很舒服 沙發也很舒服 衞生間也很乾凈 但是 如果早餐可以再好吃一點 多樣化一些 會更好一些 早餐都是一些麪包

The host is nice and helpful.

The room condition was terrible I had to move out aftery first stay. They had this moldy smell and the sheet and curtain was uncomfortable.

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

Kami melawat hotel ini buat kali pertama dan baik, malang untuk mengatakan, tetapi kami tidak berpuas hati sepenuhnya dengan perkhidmatan yang kami dapat. Kami menginap di bilik 435 pada 11 - 12 April dengan nama Jokar. Semasa memasuki bilik, kami melihat banyak habuk di kaunter dan lantai. Rasanya seolah-olah bilik itu tidak dibersihkan dalam beberapa hari, yang sangat tidak menyenangkan dan seprai mempunyai bintik-bintik kotor di atasnya. My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. It’s a Comfort Inn. I have been a GM for 28 years - 22 with Innvest Hotels running one that looked pretty much like this. The check in GSR was a little intimidating. Perhaps a bad day. It happens. Two things during my stay jumped out. One was the lack of a housekeeping policy sign at the front desk. I know Choice only requires housekeeping to be offered every three days unless the guest requests more. I interpret the lack of notice to perhaps be a way to get out of the requests. Still, I called the hotel to inquire that evening and was advised of the three day unless requested. Which I did. Then there’s the removal of the coffee makers. Seriously….. just because the brand doesn’t require them due to Covid? I have a fridge, microwave, patio doors….. a hairdryer all are high touch. But no. No coffee. Covid. Remotes are one of the worst collectors of germs. But they are not shrink wrapped. I picture some financial analyst on Bay St citing the savings! It’s worth irritating guests at 200 bucks a night in a Comfort. We’re meeting minimum brand standards. Six years ago I started running a new hotel for owners that care. Yes at the beginning of the pandemic we closed our pool. Stopped cleaning rooms until 3 days past check out. It didn’t take long to get PPE and learn that we wouldn’t die from guest laundry. Within 5 month we put back every service we were allowed to. Guests decide about room service. We happily clean stays and check outs. We never removed any room amenities. Brand standards are minimums. We exceed them. Let it go folks. Hotel rates are out of control right now. Give your guests their moneys worth
