フロントには日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいらして、英語に自信がなくても心配ないと思います。 市内のレストランで料理をテイクアウトして、お箸をもらい忘れたのですが、フロントでいただけました。 スーツケースの重さも計らせてもらって大変助かりました。 みなさん丁寧でとても良い方々でした。 現地に住む友人に車で案内してもらったので空港などからのアクセスについては分かりませんが、歩いて10分ほどのところにDAISOやレストランがあるので、便利かと思います。 85°ベイカリーのパンを朝食に買って食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。 周りのホテルと比べると料金は高めだと思いますが、それに見合うサービスだと思います。 不自由な事はなにもなく、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。 ありがとうございました。

I booked my Easter weekend stay two months in advance and prepaid the entire stay. Upon arrival I was told that there had been a policy change implemented five days before and that self-parking was longer free and I was charged $30/night. They also implemented a new security deposit hold and charged $100/night to my credit card to be held until after checkout. As parking was still free at the time I booked, and since I prepaid the entire bill I found this to be unfair and requested a waiver for both which they refused. I've stayed here many times in the past because my family lives nearby. There is nothing special about this hotel and I will be looking elsewhere for my future stays. You should too.

We have stayed here a few times when family events bring us to the area. The staff here are really great and I got special help from Yesenia at the Front Desk and Solomon in Security when I needed to make a repair to a C-PAP hose late in the evening. They made an effort to hunt up some tape for me to make the repair and it worked. A good night’s sleep was had by all. Our room was comfortable but the sink area lighting needs improvement. It was hard to see well to apply make-up or shave as the mirror is only backlit and there is no magnifying mirror. The shower floor could use a mat, too. The food is good, the bar is lovely and the seating outside is very relaxing. Service was good everywhere. And if you forget to bring something, the huge Del Amo mall is right next door!

Ia adalah kali pertama saya menginap di hotel ini dan walaupun biliknya sangat bagus, bilik pertama yang diberikan kepada kami adalah kotor. Katil telah digunakan, dapur mempunyai sampah dan makanan di dalamnya, meja dan lantai kotor dan saya menempah bilik ini di tengah-tengah pandemik dan satu-satunya perkara yang mereka lakukan untuk mengimbangi memberi saya bilik kotor yang mungkin berpotensi tercemar dengan Covid untuk semua yang saya tahu adalah wafer bayaran parkir 16 dolar. Pada hakikatnya saya dan semua rakan saya sebenarnya mempertaruhkan nyawa kami dan menjejaskan keselamatan sistem imun kami dengan hotel ini memberikan kami kunci bilik yang kotor. Saya telah tinggal di sejumlah hotel yang layak pada zaman saya dan saya tidak pernah diberi bilik yang sama sekali tidak dibersihkan. Saya fikir ia sangat tidak masuk akal hanya kerana saya tidak tahu siapa yang pernah berada di dalam bilik itu sebelum kami, mereka mungkin mempunyai covid dan kami boleh membawa pulang itu kepada ahli keluarga saya seperti itu adalah pengalaman yang tidak masuk akal. Saya menikmati bilik itu sendiri apabila dapur bersih dan luas, tetapi saya tidak begitu menyukai cara mereka menangani keadaan bilik. Ia adalah perkara yang sangat tidak profesional untuk berlaku dan saya tidak menghargai bagaimana mereka menepis keadaan seperti itu bukan masalah besar seolah-olah orang tidak menyewa hotel untuk kuarantin kerana mereka dijangkiti covid atau bagaimana jika seorang jururawat mengembara tinggal di dalam bilik. dan dia kerap terdedah kepada covid? Bilik hotel yang bagus tetapi perkhidmatan pelanggan boleh menggunakan beberapa kerja wanita di meja itu kelihatan jengkel dan saya tahu itu jelas bukan salahnya tetapi hanya kurangnya penjagaan yang pekerja hotel boleh menyebabkan saya dan rakan-rakan saya hidup dalam bahaya adalah benar-benar tidak masuk akal bagi saya . Tetapi seperti yang saya katakan bilik yang bagus, tetapi perkhidmatan pelanggan sekali lagi boleh digunakan untuk beberapa kerja. Saya akan memberikan bilik itu sendiri 5 bintang, perkhidmatan pelanggan di meja depan 1 bintang.

Lokasi adalah mudah untuk berjalan kaki ke pasar raya, pusat beli-belah Del Amo dan restoran. Kakitangan membantu apabila menangani situasi saya di luar kebiasaan. Sudah tinggal di sini dua kali dalam 2 bulan dan pasti akan kembali lagi bulan depan.

At first we were in the wrong room for us. It was handicapped and we didn't feel it was right to take a room that someone with a disability might need. So we went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. They accommodated us about an hour later (we just went to lunch) and the second room was much better. The hospitality was very nice and they wear many hats there. The room was clean when we arrived but what we did not know was that they don't clean them every day. Due to covid they only clean 3 x a week and we arrived on one of the days of cleaning, then we had guests the 2nd day they would have cleaned and the third day we checked out. When I called downstairs for cleaning, they would not come because the housecleaners didn't work that day. However they did bring us fresh towels and took our trash. The bistro on site is just enough to get a burger, a glass of wine or coffee and bagel for breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again. We felt safe, clean and comfortable.

가격대비 무난한 호텔입니다. 직원들 친절하고 좋은데 체크인이 한국대비 좀 느린면이 있습니다. 조식은 일반적이고 괜찮습니다. 룸컨디션도 좋은편입니다.

We stayed here on an interim basis for a couple of nights until we attended a wedding elsewhere in LA. The place is right on the highway, not very well marked and looks like something else till you come right to it. The approach, the initial reception etc is a one level building. The actual rooms are in taller buildings it is connected to. The reception is a little tired and the cafe area really should do better food and drinks than it does. The service was friendly (special thanks to ”Shady”) and the amenities were fairly standard. Nothing above or below average. We could see the pool, but did not have the time. Would have liked some sort of nice onsite breakfast or options, but alas. It is also just off the highway, not sure what else was nearby where we could have eaten. Did not have time to check as we landed and left at odd hours and had somewhere else to be.
