Hotel Mesra keluarga di Torremolinos

Para pasar unos días en familia el hotel se puede recomendar. La comida es el punto flojo. La calidad no está mal pero no tiene sabor.

Very old school hotel (Bit dated) Yeah! needs a face lift. But location wise was superb. Right in the centre and just walking distance from Torremolinos Train Station. Beautiful views from the top floor overlooking the Mediterranean Ocean. The room was small and bed was awful. Staffs were very friendly. Not recommended.

More of a 3 star than a 4. Room cleanliness not the best. Always finding hairs around that weren’t mine. Maid forgot to leave hand towels one day but after asking at reception we were given some. Pillows very flat. I had to double mine over. Walls so thin I could hear someone snoring, could tell what they were listening to on tv and could hear conversations. Pool was in shade majority of the day and there was no atmosphere around the pool. No music or games. Roof terrace was a good place to get sun all day with all inclusive beer, wine and juice pumps up there but no pool or toilets nearby. Food was plentiful and always something for everyone. Not very hot but there were microwaves you could use. There were lots of flies flying around which was quite annoying. The toasters were terrible, one way and needed to put bread round 3 times to toast it. The snack bar which was open between mealtimes was the same foods for the whole week. No variation. The all inclusive options were beer or lemon beer, the wines which weren’t nice. The spirits were good. I liked the pink gin. The coffees were good from the coffee place. Some maintenance needs to be done around the place. The stair lights up to terrace near pool were all loose. In the restaurant the walls near the windows at the back are all marked. The tables/table mats are not cleaned between customers and we’re always full of crumbs. There was a dead fly on the window sill for 4 days near where we sat so not cleaned often. The staff are all nice and friendly.

Just back from a week at ALUASUN, we were given room 206, a big room, with fridge, plenty of hanging space and shelves, Big bathroom also with hairdryer and gel... Belcony once again big but no view as such, as looking at other rooms, cleaned every day with fresh towels when requested. Restaurant food was excellent plenty for all tastes, and free beer... Imed who worked on the door always cheerful and a good laugh, the restaurant staff were always busy clearing the tables.. The shuttle bus was also very good and mostly run on time.. An airport taxi to the hotel is only 20E so check that out before you book your transfers through your holiday site... Really. Can't fault the hotel or staff. There are shops on site, a lovely pool and play area,. One down side was our neighbours, a Scottish couple in room 207 who spent their time in arguments the first few days, in the end I had to call down to the reception, so they did quieten down after that.. Can't hold Aluasun responsible for the noise of other quests.. Kettle for your room, 10e deposit returned to you when kettle returned, safely deposit box 19e for the week, with a 20e refundable deposit... Would diffently return here.... There is also a clothes outlet just up the road worth a look...

I have just returned from 5 days at this hotel all inclusive, me, my daughter and her friend. The hotel is very nice, our room (Junior Suite) was lovely, particularly the balcony. Food good, variety of drinks excellent, service friendly, location just by the beach great BUT.. Oh my goodness the sunbed wars... 2 pools, the front pool beachside opens at 9am and the other more child orientated opens at 10am. I think this is good as it stops people getting up at 6am putting towels down and then vanishing for several hours. Guests therefore queue from about 8.30am for the main pool and 9.30am for the other - all fine, no issues here I am happy to queue and make the effort if I want to be by the pool. (FYI there are plenty of beds if you are happy to sit in a grassed area nearby, but if you are like me.. I like to be right by a pool) I therefore made the effort to get up and queue every day (and was successful in getting 3 sunbeds) BUT... everyone behaves like animals once the gates open, people behind me in the queue pushing past running, on 2 occasions someone bashed me as they ran past. I even heard of towels being thrown over peoples heads onto beds. Its shocking behaviour and although this is not the fault of the hotel that people behave so appallingly there is an easy solution... Have a member of staff on each entrance and let people in one by one, perhaps only being able to reserve a max number of beds per person? Once the first have settled, then let the next in a so forth. It would take all of 15 minutes to let everyone in with a member of staff on each entrance. The ultimate solution would be more pool areas, perhaps an adult only one could be built in the grass area or there is a large area of grass next to the convention centre which would service the people staying in Playa 1,2 and 3 (where we were) really well. Or this could be adult only. I hope this helps. Enjoy your stay everyone but be prepared to train for a 100m sprint to get a good bed :-)

Loved it here. First off, it’s a 1970s built hotel, there have been lots of improvements but there are still some things straight from the 70s, and that’s ok by me. It doesn’t make it tired, just adds character. The food was lovely, our room on the 4th floor had an amazing view and was a good size (plenty of hanging/storage space. No kettle, no problem, we took our own and tea, coffee etc, there is a great little fridge. BBC1 and ITV 1 for news etc. Three things to note: there are average queues at the bars, the staff work very hard but there aren’t many of them so queues form. It is the same at dinner, they are so busy clearing and laying tables it’s hard to get someone’s attention. It didn’t bother us, but if you don’t like this, not the place for you. The lifts are busy, as we expected, we managed and had a good laugh with people waiting for them. There is nothing the hotel could do about it, nobody’s fault. The hot food is not hot but warm, it didn’t spoil our experience, we loved the food. However, this is one thing mentioned a lot and I think is easy solvable, either new Bain Marie’s or turn them up. We had room 1412 and it was perfect. All staff were friendly, worked really hard and kept everything running cleanly and well. Thankyou to you all. Loved the evening entertainment, good quality and enjoyable. Tip: if you go to the beach as we did, the sun beds opposite the hotel were lovely and the old boy and young man who look after them were so friendly and polite €6 each per day, with little table and ashtray if required. You can use the Los Coralas bar on the beaches toilets. As for the actual bar, staff really awful and try to rip people off, see its own trip reviews and we experienced it, avoid if you can. Would return to this hotel.

We have enjoyed another wonderful holiday in this resort at the Don Pedro and will be sad to leave. The Reception Staff/ Reservation team were fantastic in allocating us a room that met all our needs. It was so well located with a sunny balcony, near a lift and walk in shower. Nothing was to much trouble and they were so helpful. 5 star recommendation The hotel is in a prime location on the Promenade and spotless throughout. Everyone is very approachable and it is good to see Management and staff ensuring clients have a lovely holiday. The Guest Relations team again couldn't do enough. The staff in the Dining Room were great and the food delicious and varied in addition to being very fresh. Evening entertainment was very good and enthusiastic animators. Bar staff were efficient and helpful Our room was cleaned well and bedding changed regularly. We strongly recommend this hotel complex and look forward to a return holiday next year Many Thanks

The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

El hotel está muy bien, buena ubicación, comodidad, las vistas y todo perfecto. Comida rica. Pero lo realmente DESTACABLE es el personal, son muy agradables, amables en todo momento, muy eficientes. Desde que entramos por la puerta en recepción nos han explicado todo fenomenal y todos los empleados son un amor. Volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias por todo ❤️
