The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

We stayed here mid October in accommodation behind the hotel, rooms were spacious but outdated. You could hear lots of noise outside so we were woken up on several occasions when trying to sleep. The food was great but at tea time the queues in the dining hall was chaotic. Snack bar was good but could get busy. All inclusive drinks were great as you could help yourself. The location of the hotel was brilliant across from the beach and a nice walk into the main town or other bars and restaurants. On the whole we had a good stay and would definitely come again.

Great hotel. Great staff. Nothing not to like about it Always do the gold upgrade and we feel its well worth it The staff are so friendly and polite nothing is to much for them Booked again for next year Saray ,dani , Argi , Celia and Diego it the best . I love animation team , is nice.

What a perfect break, been coming here 10 years and the fun, laughter and atmosphere is amazing. A great animation team, and Saray what a brilliant young lady she brings people together, a natural gift, but welcomed when you need to chill after coming on holiday from a stressful job. Thank you all... Will come again x x see you next year...let's party more...

Enjoyed our 7 nights at The Puente Real very clean hotel, food was ok for all inclusive, wouldn't rate it a 4 star hotel. If need sunbed in sun would go down early , sun was shaded from most beds.. Area a little out of the was if your not mobile . Rooms where clean little dated for a 4 star. Staff are very welcoming and helpful Animation team great .

Location is a 30 min walk to the centre of torremolinos or 25mins to some lively Irish bars. Train station 15 mins walk away, tap on and off at the station, quicker and cheaper than tickets. Benamadina harbour is 90 mins. Reception was efficient, luggage room and courtesy showers on departure-gents shower stunk of urine. Our room was available at the 3rd request despite being gold guests and late check out was not available. Room on 1st view was dated, dark Andalusian, not modern mediteranian decor even after a refurb, loads of storage and plenty of plugs. The safe is key operated, air con noisy, only 1 English to channel-TRT news, 1 firm, 1 soft bed which was acccidental but suited us, cushion as 1 pillow, no mattress protector. Bath had rust on the outer edge that stained the towel and the bath has dodgy round supports that indented its base, threadbare towels but plenty of space for toiletries to be stored and good shower. Lifts are a joke, too slow, the left lift descended a couple of floors then stopped if there were 4 people in it for 1 to get out, this was still the case after a repair visit! Could wait 5 mins for a lift. Bars very good, faster still as gold. Restaurant was chaos, walkie-talkies seated normal eaters to the odd vacant table, the queues for food were also long, lots of chipped plates, 1 meal was 4th plate lucky to either not have egg on or chipped edges. Food was good, burger and hotdog areas were great and the Japanese evening meal was good. Gold meant we sat outside with our own drinks area which was great and got 3 a la carte meals. The Indian was bland chicken tikka that had been in the slow cooker all day, bbq night was fantastic steak and Italian was pizza as the main so we went and had the excellent Japanese in the canteen. The staff work exceptionally hard with no guest common sense to allow them to wheel trollies and even obstruct putting more plates out. Gold was worth it to sit outside to eat in relative peace, jump the bar queue and for the a la carte meals. Entertainment was good during the day, again they work really hard, we saw the flamenco and broadway nights but didn’t t rate either as great. Bingo is played with a cocktail stick to spear the number! Pool bar, drinks were good, cooking area not so sure, chips fine but pre cooked burgers warmed up, ham, bread, buns and cheese all handled with the same 1pr of gloves and shuffled around / turned on the hot plate (with hands) before serving, not sure that would happen; in the uk?

I was at puente real with my husband and 2 17 year olds from 10th-20th of september, we got to our room it was all the one room and not suitable for us with 2 17 year old, we did have an extra room but up graded, we arrived late so they told us to go back down at 10am next morning, we waited until abut after 2 then finally got an extra room and right at the front the view was absolutely beautiful, we got settled and long story short we loved it the staff were amazing my 17yr old and his friend loved it they got friendly with the entertainment team they were so good with them, I read that it was queues for beds at the pool but we had no problem at all no matter what time we got down and were more at the quiet pool, cocktails weren't the best but they did do amaretto so I was happy lol, rooms clean, restaurant was ok could always find something, we loved the snack bar it was great hotdogs, toasties, burgers, chips coleslaw and salad, the girl was ran off her feet but she was lovely, the only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because it was full of French pensioners too, I have never ever me such rude people in my whole life the skip queues, push in front of you, very arrogant, one was even lying breaking wind a couple of beds along and not a care in the world so disgusting, I'm also surprise there weren't any accidents in that restaurant with the pushing and shoving they also would hog beds for their friends who weren't there for hours, if they didn't act the way they did then the hotel would have been just amazing, not the hotels fault and its a shame because you could see the poor staff were stressed out with them. Other than them we had a lovely time and we will be back at some point.

We really enjoyed our time here because of entertainment but we really have liked everything, I saw a few bad comets about the food and I was too scared to came but then here it was brilliant. I go on every year trip with my to sons and we never repeat but we will definitely come back here

I am blown away with the experience but especially the entertainment. I really enjoyed Celia, Argy, Diego and Saray! They have really made my holiday even better than expected! I planned on going out most nights, but, the entertainment was so amazing, I could not resist.. I would highly recommend the experience that I've experienced enjoying the entertainment by these exceptional entertainers...

We had a really pleasant and entertained holiday here, all the staff in this hotel its definitely so kind and the most polite one. We really enjoyed Marta from the bar and the entertainment team, this guys were so energetic, they also have really good shows, I was doing minidisco even I'm old for that just because the energy of this guys. Thank you so much for this trip
