Hotel Torrenova dengan Sarapan

Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Hôtel un peu en hauteur pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les côtes 😁 sinon tout est ok à part peut être le soir où certains ne respectent pas les autres (portes qui claquent, enfants dans les couloirs qui crient) mais bon c’est la vie en communauté. Personnel très accueillant, très propre. Attention si vous louez une voiture difficile de se garer.

Nice hotel better than the pictures but has extremely loud music playing all day. Very loud at night with lots of young people partying. Great buffet breakfast

Séjour vraiment au top contrairement aux commentaires que j'ai pu lire et qui m'ont fait peur 🙄☺️ Clientèle à l'écoute et plein de conseils je recommande vivement cet hôtel .

Отличный отель. Жила в нем в низкий сезон, поэтому никакой шум с улицы не мешал, спала в тишине. Заселили раньше стандартного часа. Расположение очень удобное, до пляжей с двух сторон пешком пройтись минут 5. Чистая удобная постель, полотенца. Хороший вид с балкона, частично на море. Приветливый персонал, отличные разнообразие завтраки. Единственный недостаток - нет питьевой воды в номере. Пришлось пойти купить, магазины прямо в соседних зданиях. Прекрасный отдых, чистое море, пляжи. Ресторанов вокруг достаточно. Ночью все вымирает с октября до следующего сезона, потусить можно в единственном баре с дискотекой.

I will definitely be recommending this place - thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hotel sea view was absolutely perfect. Got to watch the sunset every night. The main ***** of the beach was easily accessible and so many restaurants to choose from. Variety of the buffet was excellent too and very tasty. Staff were always so helpful and welcoming.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very touristy and crowded area. Also, it's very difficult to find a spot to park your car - the hotels description says that they have parking but actually there are only 9 spots available for guests. Receptionists are very slow and disorganized. Rooms are clean and nice. Overall, the experience was below my expectations.

Trip.com last minute deal. Annexed from main hotel, but e minute walk, and used all their amenities. Great reception staff, and Stunning roof terrace, with bar and Shower!.. Brilliant!
