Hotel di Tossa De Mar dengan Kolam Renang

After reading other reviews we booked this hotel and were not disappointed,if all GHT hotels are of the same i would certainly stay in another.The hotel was really nice and we had a great stay, the facilities were very good,the rooms cleaned every day,the pool area and spa were great with a good pool bar+ food ,at meal times the choice of food was fantastic (breakfast+evening ) as we had half board, we stayed in the off season and getting in to the restaurant at meal times was easy if you went early as queues for tables would quickly form,i hate to think how busy this place would be in high season !! all the staff were exemplary by the way. a short walk straight out front of hotel to beach,plenty of supermarkets close by. The hotel i can't really fault for anything apart from getting to the hotel itself was a slight problem for us (family of 4) it seems that the shuttle bus you can book to get from the airport to hotel doesn't stop at the hotel but at the bus station which was several minutes walk away to the hotel and unless you have a map your on your own as to where your hotel is !! large shuttle buses are not allowed through the narrow roads and your dumped at the bus station without a clue how to get to or where your hotel is, but this is not the hotels fault, if your on a budget like us this was our only option (tip.. print a map from bus station to hotel before you go) but if your not book a private taxi/van transfer direct to the door.

I liked the hotel so much. I was so impressed because I didn´t expect anything but the hotel was really good! I had 3 nights and it was am amazing stay for me. I decided to spend my birthday in Tossa. The hotel provided (thank the boy at the reception; your care is appreciated a lot) a really good room with the a nice garden view. There is a big and beautiful magnolia grows there. The hotel gave me a birthday present. It was a small bottle of cava. Mmmm. THANKS a lot for attention. It was so nice from your side. The room was big with the perfect king size bed. I had a cleaning service everyday! Breakfast was so tasty and it was a right decision to included it in my stay. The hotel is clean everywhere. There are some paintings ang nice things hanging on walls. Also, there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. I attach a photo. The atmosphere there is so relaxed. There is a bar there. You can spend some time in the pool taking sun baths, reading books with cocktails! I recommend this hotel for your stay! Don't forget to include breakfast :) Enjoy your stay as I did! After a good stay at hotel Sa Riera in September 2023 we decided to go back again for a second visit im may 2024. We were not disappointed, out experioence : At arrival early in the morning we found out that our preference for room has been noted, and even better we received out roomkey immediatly so we were able after long trip to Tossa to go to room and relax a bit.. We had room with nice view to swimming pool and old ”river”from hills to sea. Room fine with excellent rainshower. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi's nice again and well used. Restaurant good food with much choice and good taste, and friendly staff. We spent 10 days at hotel, and when leaving we were able to book a late checkout. We will go back for sure

On the first night, we discovered women's underwear under the pillow, indicating that the bed or even the room had not been cleaned or checked. When we informed the receptionist, she didn't even apologize; she simply said, ”okay.” After a few hours, upon returning to the room, the underwear was still in the same place. We had to remind them twice to address it. They took the underwear but left the bed untidy, as evident in the pictures. The food wasn't good, and almost everything, including plates, tables, and glasses, was so dirty. I stayed for a few days and couldn't eat anything. I would never come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. - En la primera noche, encontramos ropa interior de mujer debajo de la almohada, indicando que la cama o incluso la habitación no se había limpiado o revisado. Cuando informamos a la recepcionista, ni siquiera se disculpó; simplemente dijo ”vale”. Después de unas horas, al regresar a la habitación, la ropa interior seguía en el mismo lugar. Tuvimos que recordarles dos veces que lo solucionaran. Se llevaron la ropa interior pero dejaron la cama desordenada, como se puede ver en las fotos. La comida no estaba buena y casi todo, incluyendo platos, mesas y vasos, estaba muy sucio. Me quedé unos días y no pude comer nada. No volvería y no lo recomendaría a nadie.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in . The rooms are tiny with no kettle,glasses or cutlery . I came with a small child . The playground is a climbing frame with a pole and 2 rocking horses . It is all wobbly and unstable . The kids club they advertised looks abandoned and unused . The nightlife was on maybe 1ce since being here . At lunch and dinner it’s mainly fish and you have to pay for yours drinks so much for all inclusive . The light switch in our room is nearly hanging off the wall .. it trips and with a toddler running round it’s so unsafe . You have to pay for services at spa and book heated pool in advance which cost 10 euro . The maid are so rude they clearly do not want to do there job . They did not change our bedding or towels and left our hotel door open for hours until we got back … the queue at reception is always so long , and the staff at dinner are so rude my partner left a chair behind my sons high chair which a staff member just threw across the At floor . Then they came and snatched a drink menu off our table before we even looked at it and when we asked for it back they tutted . AtThe hotel is filled with mostly elderly that mutter and stare if your child throws a tantrum or misbehaves and as a toddler this behaviour is normal !! Our key card wouldn’t work half the time then had to wait hours at reception . However reception staff are very nice as for the bar staff .

Hôtel familial. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont très correctes, avec balcon et climatisation. La salle de bain était rénovée. L'insonorisation avec la chambre du dessus en revanche n'est pas terrible. On entendait parler et le bruit des chaises sur le sol. Télé avec 3 chaines (d'info) en français. La piscine est bien. Le petit déjeuner est correct même si la plupart des produits sont industriels (croissants, jus d'orange, ...). Au rayon négatif, deux choses : Nous n'avons pas pu, en 6 jours, nous connecter une seule fois au wifi de l'hôtel, que ce soit dans la chambre, à la réception, à la piscine ou ailleurs. Enfin, je n'ai pas apprécié qu'une femme se baigne avec un burkini dans la piscine, burkini qu'elle utilisait ensuite dans la salle du petit déjeuner et en ville. Au niveau hygiène, ce n'est juste pas possible. Je ne comprends pas que l'hôtel accepte cela.

First time visiting this hotel and would defiantly recommend people to go. From the first check-in to check out there was nothing one could complain about. The staff were so friendly through all areas of the hotel. There was a great variety of food for everyone and so fresh. The cleanliness was amazing, part of the hotel was cleaned nearly 24 hours per day. The only critic or observation I have is the jacuzzies by the main pool. It was very difficult to enjoy as there were so many children in them and sometimes unsupervised, it would have been nice to use them a little more often. I would like to mention the children. I was dreading going as we normally go on adults only holiday but I must say the children were so good at all time and especially in the restaurants (a big out out to the parents). I would give a 100% for a great holiday and hope to go back next year. Many thanks to all the staff and managers for making our stay so enjoyable. Maureen Tilbury :)

This hotel is in the middle range of everything. It's neither budget nor expensive. So, it needs to be viewed according. So, for the money, what's it like....Good actually. Its location for town centre and beach is great. Main bus station, shops, bars, restaurants all within very easy walking distance. There are 2 blocks to this hotel. But in reality, that doesn't matter as both entrances are 5 metres from each other, one is directly opposite the other. Reception and Restaurant for breakfast is in one block. Pool and bar in the other. Staff were all friendly, polite and receptionist was helpful with local advice etc. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine. Lots of food, hot and cold. Bar area is a bit underwhelming really. There are loads of other bars around with a better vibe for less money. Bar is right next to the pool. Unfortunately, the pool is somewhat shaded all day and there never really gets a sunny spot that you can get settled in as the height of surrounding building means sunny spots keep moving. But, this is minor as sun lovers will go to the beach 5 mins away. Overall, I don't have any complaints and this hotel is well worth the money.

We only stayed for one night - staff were friendly and helpful - the room was grand and the breakfast good. There is a small pool which is nice to cool down in. The hotel has no parking but there is a council car park just behind with pay parking (free overnight until 10) which currently costs €7.50 per day or other options close by. Overall good value for money.
