Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend for travelers to Guilin. The location is excellent, close to many sights and the festive night food street is right outside the hotel. Cleanliness is a 10/10, service 10/10. The rooftop area where breakfast is served was so refreshing to be at. Food was good, atmosphere 11/10! The front desk accommodated all our needs including providing a curling iron to use when mine couldn’t work. Thank you. Loved the robot .. made me smile everytime. Super clean, super hotel and room design. Front desk staff so welcoming and friendly. Thank you!! (Only improvement could be to add a mini-fridge in room to make 11/10. But the hotel was amazing that it even had a laundry room with a washer AND dryer to use for free! Very thoughtful!)

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. I stayed one night and wish I stayed longer! The view from the shared balcony is very nice. I enjoyed relaxing there. The connected restaurant had delicious food. I forgot to use my hotel coupon for the restaurant because no one mentioned it to me and I didn’t realize I could use it. They also did not mention that we can try on the costumes. They also didn’t mention the free tea and snacks—but luckily I saw this on my booking so I asked them about it. The hotel offered discount tickets to attractions but when I checked into my next hotel, the next hotel offered even cheaper tickets for the same attractions, and my cab driver also offered cheaper tickets.

Location is near to everything. Walking distance. Especially at night, so many food stalls. Nearby a foodcourt also. Room wise, basic. But all the toiletries given. The reception counter is extremely helpful. I was trying to buy a luggage scale but failed miserably. No meituan app, ended up the staff help us to weight our luggage at their kitchen 😅😅 well its works. Cos we have early flight on the next day. Jolin & Ella are friendly staff and even hand us a bag of snacks to eat at airport. Thanks!

The best hotel out of the 10 we stayed in Guangxi. The room is really nice, with great design and spacious. Breakfast has good variety and the staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful. They are patient with our queries, and even helped us switched rooms fuss free, not one but twice cos cigarette smoke somehow get into our rooms. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. It is located between Liu Sanjie and West street, and you can either walk or cab to these 2 venues. Good amenities for kids too.

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

The host can speak english and very polite and offer tours at reasonable price (cheaper than trip.com or viator). If l booked li jiang river cruise including transportation to the pier for 300 yuan. The hotel also close to guilin railway, therefore easy to take transportation (bus 22 to guilin west). Walkable distance to four lakes, elephant hill. The room was very comfortable. Highly recommended

hotel is clean and very new, facilities are modern. location is also convenient, near to west street. will come back again. there are washing machine and dryer for hotel guests to use, so its quite good for me that I dont need to carry many clothes for traveling.

Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Appreciate the upgrade by night duty manageress to their newly renovated room, which is spacious, which came with a huge super king-size bed. The photo-taking sessions that were offered free exceeded our expectations. The shots taken were highly professional, tempting us to purchase beyond the free pictures that were allocated to us. My wife was extremely happy with the photos and commented that the pictures taken were remarkable. Thanks again for their great efforts to make our stay memorable. Forgot to mention that breakfast, although it came with limited selection, offered surprisingly good local soup GUILIN NOODLE that surpasses many restaurant standards. An added bonus was the free shuttle service to the dock where the rafting took place and West Street, among other destinations within the vicinity. A gift upon our checkout was another surprise that delighted my wife and kids. On top of all these, the hotel is situated near many attractions.

WOW !! We were absolutely blown away by this amazing Hotel. We couldn't believe that everything looks just as good in real life as you see in the photos. We booked the room which we believe looks the best and has the best view (located on the top floor) and were so happy we chose it. Staying here was such an amazing and unique experience that we can't wait to stay here again for our next trip to China. Here are the highlights of our time here: 1) As mentioned before, our suite has 100% the best views of any Hotel in Yangshuo. It really does have a 270 Degree view and you can also see the sky thanks to partial glass roof. 2) The whole area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a getaway from the busy life in the city 3) The Hotel's staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with any request at any hour. One of the best customer service experiences we ever had! 4) The entire building and our room was very well maintained and clean 5) There is also a lovely swimming pool which we did not have the chance to use but it looks very nice 6) The location is simply perfect for what we wanted. And considering how cheap the taxis are (less than 10 Yuan to get to the city centre) it's well worth staying here. You can also walk for about 20 minutes to get in the city. 7) Although it is not technically a full service hotel, we really appreciated all the services provided, especially the daily housekeeping when they replaced our towels, etc 8) The video projector is a nice touch, and so is the HUGE bathtub which can probably fit 4 adults 9) As Westerners we also really appreciated the electronic / japanese-style toilet with automated flushing and all the functions 10) The air conditioner is surprisingly powerful and can easily keep up with very hot weather even if you open all the curtains Things worth noting: 1) The mattress was a bit firm for us and the pillows a bit too thin for our liking 2) The projector is set up for Chinese users and, unless you cast from your phone or mirror the screen, you won't have much luck 3) The bathtub would have been even better if it were jetted (like a jacuzzi), but this is not really an issue Overall this is certainly one of the best hotels you can choose in Yangshuo and we can 100% recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to both the ancient town and the local shopping markets. Our room is on the top floor, it has a giantic balcony with an unbeatable view. The owners are friendly and helpful. They helped us book tickets for attractions and bamboo rafts at a discounted price. The hotel has a restaurant next door, by staying in the hotel we enjoyed a discounted price at a restaurant, and the owners gave us the option to either dine in the restaurant or within our room. We opted to dine in the restaurant. The food, the price and the service were all fantastic. It's better than eating in the touristy ancient town for sure. Overall, it was a great experience.

This hotel is perfect if you are an influencer because in this hotel everything looks so beautiful. The thing I was most impressed with was one of the drinks （within the afternoon tea service） they provide for free if stay in here. It is called the “after-raining” Yulong River. This drink has three layers which are tea, coffee, and cheezy cream. The way it mixes altogether seems exactly like the river. Beautiful and I loved it. The staff (her name is yuanyuan /xiao wei) was quite helpful. Arranged the baby's crib, and a wall thing under the mattress to prevent the baby fall off from bed as I asked. The hotel has a nice playground which my son loved. As I foreigner though there is not much staff fluent in English so if you cannot speak in Chinese, there are some times you might feel inconvenienced though. They provide us with free transportation service. So I used it to go to one of the sightseeing spots. The driver said he would pick me up at the same spot I got off but a different driver came so it took me a while to find the driver because the car was different. Therefore if you are not good at communicating in Chinese. Sometimes it is a hassle I would say. Also, the baby crib was a bit too small for my 90cm son. It was just the size they had.

The room is clean with an average ambience setting if compared to a 5 star hotel standard . The location is ideal , service is good , breakfast spread is good with proportional balance of western and mostly Chinese cuisine.

Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep. The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above. Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.

It is a good place in a great location, almost every must -see places of Chongqin in a walking distance, very clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed. In a room you find complimentary water, slippers, kettle and tea. Next to the hotel a lot of restaurants, subway is literally in 2 min of walking. Also they have an elevator. No western style plugs, but you can use usb for charging. No windows. One big minus for me was the fact that the room wasn't not so sound proof as I wished) you can hear not only neighbors, but every person walking in the hall.

The stay at Marriot has been very comfortable that we decided to extend 1 more night. Service are exceptional especially Arthur and Sally, who had been very helpful. Arrived at the hotel in the morning but Sally helped to arrange a clean room for early check in. Arthur helped to resolve the card and room extension. Will come back again!

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!

Walking distance to wuxu airport and bullet train Wifi barely works, hotel shops were closed T3 airport being built and was some noise 24Hrs First 2 rooms smelt of wet carpet from the floods but hotel staff allowed us to choose another room to our satisfaction

酒店位置很好，就在三街兩巷步行街裏面。到西關夜市步行5分鐘可以到，我們主要是到南寧吃美食，住這裏非常好了。因為是步行街，車不能到樓下，酒店提前發了短訊提醒，走進去也不遠。本以為會很吵，關上窗户以後挺安靜，可以説是鬧中取靜了。

Location is about 500m from Nanning Railway Station. Very close the Railway MRT station. Walking distance to malls and pedestrian street. Hotel building is shared by many other tenants. I understand the hotel rooms are from 10th floor upwards.It may not look grand due to ageing structure and slow elevator. The rooms are however, new clean and bright and spacious. Aircon and wifi is excellent. Highly recommend for the price.

Excellent location within walking streets but in a quiet area. Only 500m from Exit E of Chaoyang Square metro. Many eateries around and is a great hotel for first timer to the city. For longer stay, it is possible air laundry on level 5. Friendly reception who helped to collect my online purchase. Definitely a hotel that is value for money.
