Juste PARFAIT ! PROPRE et très bien situé. Même sans prendre le petit déjeuner en buffet vous avez accès toute la journée dans une grande salle très convivial avec des fruits, machine à café, chocolat chaud, cappuccino, biscuits, fruits secs, jus de fruits frais, thé en vrac ... Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le lit super confortable. Seul petit bémol pas de parking privé pour la voiture.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel at the end of September and the service was excellent throughout out the hotel. Reception staff helped us all with a problem we had at a city car park. Breakfast had a very good Buffet selection with a member of staff on hand to get anything extra we needed. The pool was quite small but adequate, with a few sunloungers around it, I think the hotel is mainly suited to business people or short city break. I cannot comment on evening meals as we always ate out as the hotel is s 25 minute walk away from the harbour and a lot of the restaurants are even nearer. This hotel is a very central place to stay,

Hotel staff are all professionals. Lobby and breakfast area are sublime. Truly pleasant. Nothing feels ”worn out”. Room size, sheets, towels, mattress, pillows, beds, furniture all excellent. WiFi strong and functional. Price is good value. Location is nice. Parking available by hotel, but you need to ask in advance. No ”restaurant”, but breakfast served, and nice ”crudite platter” of cheese/meats available. Sound insulation good. A/C not strong, but functioning. In general, very happy with the stay. Many rooms have view of marina, but must be requested.

I stayed one night on a quick business trip to Toulon. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. However, the hotel is centrally located and convenient for me to attend my meetings on foot after arrival. Parking in the railway car park is a little complicated (though I had stayed in the hotel previously) and the process for booking in advance, which has changed in January 2023, was not explained in the welcome email I was sent (just a QR code attachment). Otherwise the hotel is perfect for a quick business trip to Toulon. I will use again.

Je viens de passer un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Amiraute et je suis ravie de partager mon expérience. Cet hôtel offre une véritable perle en matière d'hospitalité. Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours au petit soin et prêt à répondre à toutes nos demandes avec sourire et professionnalisme. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de la ville, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement les attractions locales tout en étant à proximité de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. La propreté des chambres et des espaces communs est irréprochable, et la climatisation ajoute un confort supplémentaire appréciable. En résumé, l’Hôtel Amiraute allie une situation géographique parfaite, un personnel dévoué, et un cadre propre et confortable. We had an unplanned 4 night stay at the hotel following a break in to our camper van (which was parked by the naval barracks in central Toulon). All of our personal belongings were stolen, including our passports; all we had with us was our little dog, his food and feeding bowls and the clothes we were wearing. We arrived very late in the evening to the hotel (without a reservation) and still in complete shock. We were able to securely park our damaged van in the underground car park and made our way to reception. There, we were met by Kevin, who was brilliant and very understanding - he made sure we had everything we needed before we went to bed that night. The next morning, we had a huge amount of admin and logistics to navigate, as our original plan was to travel onwards to Mallorca, and this is when we met Samuel. There were countless times that myself and partner asked Samuel for his help and advice with trying to print documents and assist with communicating on our behalf. Our French isn’t very good and the team’s English is excellent! He went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was a problem despite him and the team being very busy. We met Bernard a few days into our stay and he also demonstrated the same will to help, cheerfulness and professionalism. He was able to find a good vet for us close to the hotel who was able to help with paperwork and worming treatment for our dog so we could return together back to the U.K. We are extremely grateful to Kevin, Samuel and Bernard for their fantastic service and help. It made a huge difference to us following a very stressful experience. Although most of our interactions were with the guys, we could see that the entire team work really well together and are very organised. There is a good rapport between them all. Thank you to everyone. We are so grateful. It’s the best hospitality and kindness we’ve experienced for a long time. Keep being brilliant!
