Few mins walk from train station and easy to get to the city center by foot or metro. The hotel interior is a bit old/dated but spacious. There is small but nice gym for those who want to stay active while traveling.

Very good hotel with excelent service and wonderfull breackfast.

房間非常差，然後酒店員工沒有任何專業性可言，再沒有敲門的，我正在換衣服，直接進入我的房間。

入住體驗非常差 本來訂了一個高層房 然後因為名字相似 把我們的房間給了別人客人 降級了房間也沒有説退費用 最後攜程給貼的 新的房間下面有個bar 晚特別吵 兩點多才睡覺 退房的時候還要重複再扣我一個早餐錢 因為 一開始車停在city park 沒有帶票 問前台可不可以幫忙開一下 前台就説不是他們酒店不管 最後因為不會説法語 按了好幾次門鈴 才給開門 住過最差的5星級酒店

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. À noter que la réception réclame 150 € de garantie au check-in, même si le séjour est déjà réglé. Il faut également signer une fiche individuelle de police, même si on est Français.

Beautiful hotel - slept well with no noise. Comfy beds. Amazing and helpful staff.

This was a great place to stay in Toulouse, it’s a bit out of the old city but still easy to get anywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful - I was only in Toulouse for a very short time and they sent me to great restaurants and how to get around the city. Room was really nice with a mini fridge, water and hot pot and clean! I left the city with a great feeling about the people and place due to the people at this hotel!

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is a nice hotel but they don't maintain the equipment in the gym. The multi-station equipment in the gym is broken for a long time. They didn't fix it. This is unacceptable for a supposedly "5 ⭐' hotel.

I would recommend anyone staying at this hotel to verify that the air conditioning works before you check into the room. After we checked into our room, we tried to turn on the air conditioning. It didn’t work at all, had a repair man come to take a look and it was unfixable. Apon checking out of the hotel, I asked the front desk person a discount on the room, and was denied any form of discount. I was told that he would refer my issue with the manager, finally all that I was offered was a complementary voucher for two nights to be used within the year. This is exceeedingky unhelpful, as I live in Canada and dont have a chance to use these vouchers. I did explain this to the front desk person, but clearly he was not listening. I do not recommend this hotel.

All The staff were really great. Very Early checkin after a 4am start to the day was a godsend.
