Totally worth every penny. Everything was great from service to the awesome buffet at dinner and breakfast to the room and view. The pyjamas was really smooth and comfy. 😂 Mininum 2 nights would be great. Sad i only stayed for a night.

Special thanks to Ms Haraba. She was patient and helpful during our check in. The food was very good. We got a high floor and could watch the fireworks from our room. It was truly a fantastic stay. Would come back to this hotel on the future.

Love the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the hotel room and dining area. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fabulous and customer service was good. There’s special meal ticket for 2nd night dinner. Free valet parking and convenient to get around places.

Everything about the hotel was great! Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely first impression of hotel. Room very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back in the future.

The hotel consider quite expensive, but it's really worth for money. The view of the Toya lake is fantastic and the room is huge. The dinner and breakfast provided were great, Highly recomended.

Extremely impressed with the VIP treatment upon arrival though we were just normal guests. The resort was huge with a very classy design at the lobby floor. The buffet spread was fantastic - a wide array of food to choose from and delicious. The room was beautiful and clean. Certainly hope to stay there again!

Excellent hotel with fantastic view of lake Toya..the room is dated, staff is good, however my check in was Abit screwed up, they make me queue up for manual check in, and later send me to the automatic check in counter. The buffet breakfast and dinner have good spread but the quality is so so. Onsen spring water is good, but the onsen amenties is limited, no free ice cream, drink after onsen..
