We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—every staff member, including the kitchen team, was exceptionally polite and attentive. We were especially impressed that staff waited at the lift lobby to greet guests with a respectful 90-degree bow, which truly reflects the high standard of Japanese hospitality. During our 10 days in Japan, we stayed at several hotels, and this one clearly stood out for its amenities and service quality. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, done well without trying too hard. Both kids and adults loved the comic corner, even though we couldn’t understand Japanese—it was still a fun and unique experience. The pillow bar was another thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of our stay. The location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance, and the availability of free parking is a big plus. Overall, this hotel left a strong impression on us, and I would confidently recommend it to friends and family.

The breakfast has variety choices. There are six kinds of pillows that you can choose to suit your preference.

Overall, I was satisfied, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The complimentary ice cream bar was also a brilliant touch, especially with the heat outside!

The staff was nice. The hotel fully provided amenities and facilities. Unfortunately, the public bath was only for men. The on-site parking was quite limited.

Excellent. The rooms were clean, and the service was great. I'd definitely stay here again. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent throughout. The large public bath, which had a timed male/female rotation, was very hygienic in both the bathing area and changing room. It was spotlessly cleaned, making it very pleasant to use. My only complaint was the strong, mold-like smell from the shower curtain in our room's bathroom.

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend. We were incredibly satisfied with the hotel's outstanding service. While the large public bath is usually for men only, it becomes accessible to women on specific days. We were lucky that our Saturday evening visit coincided with one of these days, and my wife absolutely loved it. Complimentary breakfast is provided, and even though it's free, there's a rich variety of choices. The food was delicious too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The front desk staff were all incredibly kind and always greeted us with smiles. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. The amenities were excellent; I was particularly impressed that you could choose your toothbrush firmness and that face masks were even provided – a very thoughtful touch, especially for female guests. Fortunately, it was also a day when women could use the large public bath, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It too was very clean, and the complimentary ice pops were a fantastic touch. The welcome coffee and the well-stocked manga corner were also greatly appreciated amenities. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was so comprehensive, I couldn't believe it was complimentary! In the morning, I greeted a cleaning staff member in the hallway with "Good morning, thank you for everything," and they returned my greeting with a cheerful smile, which really brightened my mood before checking out. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Toyota. Many thanks.

Plenty of parking lots for guests, the location is surrounded with plenty of restaurants, room is clean and efficient. There is complimentary breakfast and the spread was good!

Can’t get air con  Air conditioner can’t work enough.
