Great stay. Bob, the agent at the desk, was excellent. Very personable. Conveniently located next to the station if arriving by train.

Decent hotel, but dirty cup inside room, bathroom not super clean either

The breakfast is not bad, the transportation is convenient for business trips, and the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The environment is sanitary and good, and it is worth coming again next time!

The room is clean and tidy, relatively small, but sufficient. It is close to the train station, 5-10 minutes walk. I stay here every time I go on a business trip

I was charged twice for the accommodation tax (once at check-in and once at check-out), which should have been paid locally. I emailed the hotel asking for a response, but received no reply.
Also, during my stay, the air conditioning and refrigerator were not working, and I had to change rooms midway through.

Reception was friendly, bed was fine, sanitary facilities not so good: black mold on the sealant edges near the shower, no thermostatic tap and varying temperature of the shower water, from cold to too hot, not pleasant.

The location is right in the city, which is great, but there aren't many restaurants around. If you want to find many restaurants, you need to drive somewhere else. Overall, it's very good, and the staff are nice!
