From their website referring the superior room: “This spacious, air-conditioned suite features an LCD TV and a private bathroom with a shower or bath and free toiletries. There is a separate seating area with a sofa” Be aware that this is an intentionally wrong information to persuade the customer for booking the superior room (higher price that the regular room). We were in Chabbia room and it didn’t have a separate seating area, nor a sofa but 2 hard and uncomfortable wood chairs. I asked the person in the desk and he just gave me a poor explanation about every room being different but the truth is that I went for the superior room trusting the description in their website. In addiction, the quality of the mattress is very low and the bed sheets are from a rigid and thick material, making it not comfortable. The staff smokes in the lobby and there is a permanent unpleasant smell every time you walk in. The breakfast is varied although the pastry was too hard. As the pros, it is located in a central location and still is quiet at night. Not my first option if I ever come back to Tozeur.

This place was just what we needed. A lovely place with a warm welcome which we used as a base to explore the region. Our every need was catered for and we were well looked after. The room was done out beautifully and had everything we wanted in it. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. They helped us contact a guide/car for a desert trip. And the food was great too. We would highly recommend this place in the heart of Tozeur.

Très bel endroit, chambres parfaitement décorées, rooftop très agréable et personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. De bons conseils pour les sorties et restaurants ! lieu très sécurise avec caméra pour surveiller les voitures stationnées !

Dar Tozeur une splendide adresse en plein coeur de la veille ville ! Nous y avons séjourné une nuit du 20 au 21 février avec nos deux ados. Nous avions deux suites superbes, très vastes, confortables, avec une décoration soignée et classe. Le Dar est vraiment magnifique: pièces, jardins, piscines (dont une chauffée en hiver !), et terrasse sont autant de lieux et d'espaces où la magie opère, de jour comme de nuit ! Personnel très accueillant, discret et disponible. Diner et petit déjeuner excellents avec un service impeccable et attentionné. Nous recommandons !

La casa è davvero bella, ben ristrutturata e la camera (abbiamo preso una camera superior) è ampia, pulita e funzionale. La colazione è molto buona (devi indicare il giorno prima a che ora vuoi che sia servita). Purtroppo i rumori notturni provenienti da fuori hanno disturbato pesantemente le notti. E si consideri che dormire dovrebbe essere lo scopo principale per il quale si sceglie un hotel. Altra piccola annotazione: ci sono molte mosche. Allo scopo è stato lasciato nella camera dalla proprietà un utile spray anti-insetti. Wi-fi traballante nei piani di sopra.
