Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo albergo, con un gruppo. ottima la posizione e centralissimo nella città.. Che dire della ristorazione? Cibo perfetto e tipicamente siciliano, grazie anche alle mani magiche della Chef Rosanna. Fiore all'occhiello di questa bellissima struttura, il super cameriere Piero B. che con la sua professionalità, ci ha servito sia a cena che a colazione. Accoglienza del cliente, Sorriso, cura della clientela, schersoso e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Non ci ha servito a tutto il gruppo tutte le sere che abbiamo cenato o fatto colazione, ma le poche volte che ci ha servito, ci accoglieva nel bellissimo ristorante, con un sorriso ed una accoglienza da 5 stelle. Abbiamo girato, con il nostro tour, diversi alberghi di questa meravigliosa Sicilia, ma non dimenticheremo mai Trapani e dell'Hotel Vittoria. Continuate cosi. I clienti non vengono mai primi! I dipendenti sono al primo posto. Se ti prenderai cura dei tuoi dipendenti, loro stessi si prenderanno cura dei tuoi clienti. Un complimento alla gestione e direzione dell?'Hotel Vittoria, per il personale professionale che ha!!!

Ho scelto l'Hotel Tiziano per trascorrere due notti a Trapani come base per visite a Favignana ed Erice. L'hotel ha una posizione strategica per l'accesso agli imbarchi per le Egadi, ma si trova fuori dal centro storico della città e, dunque, in posizione più scomoda per uscite serali. La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata, pulita con aria condizionata e frigobar. Il personale disponibile. La colazione è ricca con dolce/salato e piuttosto tradizionale nella scelta. Vero punto di forza dell'Hotel è il parcheggio interno alla struttura, veramente comodo.

Super mega big bed, simply divine. Big room, there was a refrigerator. Downstairs in the lobby of the hotel you can buy some snacks, also warm ones, which you can heat right there in the microwave oven. The reception staff was very responsive, I came to find it, I wanted to put my bags, but she offered to give me another room, because mine wasn't ready yet. I was so happy because I was tired. The hotel is next to the station. The room was quiet, but I could barely hear the neighbors shouting because they were cursing very loudly. I had also ordered a taxi to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, and a nice smelling taxi arrived.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

We loved our stay at La Gancia. The minute you walk through the door you’re treated like royalty. Andrea and one of his colleagues a lady was exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay. The room was spacious and you have a massive balcony overlooking the sea. We loved the outdoor terrace. The room also had a microwave, small fridge and lots of cutlery. Breakfast each day was excellent with a mix of pastries, yogurt, cereal and eggs, bacon and mushrooms. The staff at breakfast also lovely and always remembered my coffee order. Everything is walkable from this hotel. Would definitely stay again and I’ve recommended Trapani and La Gancia to a few friends since our visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The staff (especially Martina) were extremely helpful in assisting us after a car breakdown and service thereafter, including at dinner, was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. Our room was large, clean and well-equipped, with a great bathroom. At dinner my wife enjoyed pasta with rabbit and I had a fish soup with couscous - a local speciality. As a winery, it offers a wide range of its own products - we had an excellent white wine (Quater Vitis) made from four Sicilian grape types. Its olive oil was distinctive and delicious. As we arrived late we had no opportunity to explore its outdoor amenities. Guests have to walk up a couple of hundred metres from the carpark, and there is no lift (the staff were very helpful with our heavy luggage). Overall, you might be reminded of a high-end US countryside resort - high modern standards are maintained in a traditional Italian setting.
