Персонал вежливый, заселили быстро, есть парковка. Номер просторный, чистый, есть полотенца для душа и для бассейна отдельно, завтрак шведский стол. Единственный минус, было довольно прохладно, кондиционер на тепло можно было выставить максимум на +18. После звонка на ресепшн настроили на +25, но через некоторое время снова максимум был только +18

Hotel Venezia is a jewel in a beautiful city with a complex and interesting history that makes this region such a special location. We stayed three nights. Hotel Venezia is a lovely, peaceful and quiet hotel right in the city centre. Very reasonably priced. Do not be deceived by the the two star rating, as it deserved at least 3 stars. The hotel was recently and tastefully renovated in 2019 and is fresh, clean and beautifully laid out with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Renovations were sympathetic to the original architecture of the building. Breakfast options are fabulous from muesli and cereals, yoghurts, cheese and cold meats, breads, GF options and cakes galore/ pastries/ croissants (all made on-site by Andrea and family). Coffees (caffe doppio) and juices are spectacular, at lest six fresh juices. Andrea and staff are very helpful from the moment you step into the foyer to the moment you check out. English is spoken very well. They helped us located an osteopath, laundromat, and gave terrific advice on locations to see in the region. We recommend the hotel 100%. Couldn’t do better.

Struttura nuovissima e molto curata nell’arredamento. La camera che abbiamo scelto è molto comoda, con bagno ampio. Le dotazioni sono più che sufficienti x la tipologia: set di asciugamani completo, saponi con dosatori sia nel lavabo che in doccia. Frigo in funzione ma vuoto: in corridoi sono presenti distributori di bibite fredde e calde a prezzi assolutamente nella norma. Abbiamo anche preso il posto in garage, cosa molto comoda perché a Trento non è facile parcheggiare. Consigliatissima x soggiorni brevi o anche di media lunghezza. Appena sotto la struttura bar, ristoranti e altri locali sia diurni che notturni. Insonorizzazione perfetta, ma comunque il quartiere è silenziosissimo. Distanza da centro 700m. Torneremo.

Bellissimo hotel , tutto nuovo e moderno , letto super comodo e grande , bagno molto bello , colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità , vicinissimo al muse che consiglio di visitare , e a meno di 1 km a piedi si raggiunge il centro , vi consiglio questo bellissimo albergo per chi vuole soggiornare a Trento

The Grand Hotel Trento is truly like a grand old hotel from the 1980s or 1990s. When you walk in there is a sense of grandeur. There are some beautiful sitting areas and a beautiful bar area. The bar area is huge. I noticed that the hotel hosts conferences and meetings as they were going on the entire time we were here. The room is very nice, but a little dated. There are adequate electrical outlets, but they are in odd places. Nothing right by the bed. The carpet is a little worn, but it didn't bother me. The bathroom is very nice ... it has a tub with a hand-held shower. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. The elevator is fast, and there are two of them. The included breakfast was excellent. All kinds of choices including a waffle maker! The hotel was very quiet at night. The location is perfect as it is close to the main square. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is a hotel that you need to lower any expectations. As a four star it is disappointing. The staff are friendly the room isn’t great. We had a suite on the top floor with air conditioning which wasn’t adequate. There is a safe for your valuables but it ist fixed in the cupboard. The breakfast is ok but just ok. The location is excellent and that is all. There is a feeling that the place is tired and in need of some love. Plenty of potential I feel. I would probably stay there again as the staff are really quite pleasant.
