St. Austell

As usual had a pleasant stay as I do at most Premier Inn's but at this property I found there was staining on the quilt itself if you removed the quilt cover, there was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the TV remote was very dirty. Apart from that the staff are great and the beds are great.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the service was amazing couldn't ask for better people that helped me when my daughter was poorly.

Really nice hotel after a pretty poor experience at Travelodge in Wadebridge, really friendly staff dealt with a request I had very promptly, clean room and great breakfast, can't really ask for much more. Local vicinity has got some great attractions such as walks, pizza place. Just a great experience.

Stayed here for a family wedding , was great service for reception and manager Mandy got us checked in early which was really helpful , couldn’t fault the staff , room was clean , some of the party had older style rooms which could do with a refurb . Great location enjoyed our stay

Staff are really friendly, great deal with meal deal. Well placed as a base for travelling - Eden project is 10 min drive away. It’s out of the main town of St Austell so you need a car. Breakfast and dinner are good quality and good portions. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Helpful and friendly staff to welcome you and help you check in. The rooms were clean and you had the choice whether you wanted it cleaned each day. Easy access into St Austell via the link road. Near to Eden too. The only thing wring was that the hotel does seem to get full with mainly contractors and the car park gets full very easily with vans. I would stay there again

Could not fault our stay at St Austell Reason for choosing this hotel was meeting up with friends. The hotel stay was just what we wanted and served it purpose very well. From the reception staff to the lovely breakfast. And a good night's sleep. We could not fault our stay.

Nice clean room, a bit cold and only have an electric heater in room, though it did warm up fairly quicky. Restaurant good value as well, especially with the value meal deals. Front of house staff good. Run out of things to say but have got to have 200 characters as minimum.

Needed this stay unfortunately due to a bereavement and just wanted a hotel that could provide a clean room and decent bed at an affordable price. Was not let down comfy bed, clean room and bathroom with plenty of hot water for a bath, much as I would expect from Premier inn. Location was good and view to boot of the sea as we were on the first floor. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Only downside is it doesn’t have its own restaurant but they have a pub on the site where you can book and pay through premier inn. While we were there weather was not good and it was blowing a gale and raining so not great when we had to go outside to get breakfast and evening meal. We had a meal the night of arrival and I had a lovely meal unfortunately for my husband not so much as they got the order wrong and by the time his meal arrived I had finished mine and I am a slow eater. We had cooked breakfast the following morning and food was nice but plates were cold and therefore overall so was food but was cooked nicely. No orange juice on either day for hubby but coffee for me was lovely. We had two breakfasts there paid for in advance when hotel was booked.
