Pretty new and modern hotel Our twin room is slightly small, the pillow and bed mattress are both too firm for us, we had to ask for some small pillows for children to sleep, but thanks for the service and hospitality from the staff. The shower is very weak, you will definitely feel cold after the shower in winter. Welcome drink is a plus, the breakfast limited choice, no fresh fruits. Close to the airport and need taxi or bus to go to the city centre. Top floor reception and bar area got great view to airport and fjord.

When we arrived we were a bit lost as the reception is actually on the 11th floor but once we arrived we knew why, this hotel has a really cozy lounge with a stunning view. The staff was fantastic and super friendly, they even gave us a better room with a view and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and they also give you a welcoming drink which was really good. Although the hotel is not in the center of Tromso, this location is very convenient as it is just one bus stop from the airport and 10min bus to the center. I would totally go back!

The hotel's location is convenient from the airport and the proximity of the bus stop for travel into the city is great. The bar and reception on the 11th floor gives a great view. The staff was also lovely and helpful The only additions that can make the hotel more attractive are improving the space on deck/terrace with some seating as it can get crowded for northern lights and providing some water bottles in the room which people can refill from the reception.

Clean room, with cool top floor bar with free pool table and games. Breakfast very basic. Located right next to the airport and only a 10 minute bus to town. Pathway closed between bus stop and hotel, so a 6 minute planned walk with suitcases was over 20 minutes…

Absolutely lovely hotel, part of the Mariott group and lives up to that standard. Will be back for sure when in Tromso!

All good except the lack of hot water electrical pot inside the room.

在機場附近，房間非常乾淨，麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，雖然沒有定海景山景房，但房間的窗户能看到山海相融的美麗景色。酒店的大堂設計絕妙。但是沒有熱水壺和熱水。

最大的亮點是Sky Lounge，機場和峽灣風光一覽無遺， 還有免費的桌球。 但是最重要的客房，非常很小，桌子也沒有一張，衹有一塊板。 以後不會再選擇這裏。

這酒店真的很難評。風景確實是一流，拉開窗簾就可以看到雪山和海，每天都被美到。但是設施就和學生宿舍差不多，沒有水提供、沒有熱水壺，沒有水杯，沒有牙膏牙刷，也沒有拖鞋，也沒有電話提供客房服務。每天都要拿保溫杯去11樓大堂接水我也是醉了。另外，大堂和酒吧融為一體的設計，導致職員又要幫忙check in 又要給人做咖啡和啤酒，根本忙不過來。但是2000多人民幣訂的，真是很難接受。我看其他網站在淡季大概600挪威克朗，那這個價格還算ok，供大家參考吧。

樓下門口可以停車，一天250NOK，check in的時候還有welcome drink（p1） 頂層算是前台+bar+觀景？漢堡看起來不錯但吃飽了就沒嘗試，還有一些棋類、桌球和桌上足球可以玩，天氣好的時候也可以觀測極光，但很不巧我們入住那晚市區的雲還是很多 就是房間內沒有熱水壺，衹能去頂層要熱水有點麻煩，老乾部歎氣.jpg，不過頂層有微波爐還是牛的
