"Terdapat seorang pelajar sekolah menengah sedang menjalankan latihan di hotel pada petang Rabu. Sikap dan layanannya sangat teruk. Hotel ini hanya mempunyai tingkap ini untuk ketampanan. Persekitaran dan kebersihan adalah sederhana. Kertas tandas pun tak ada. Bilik itu kecil. Saya tinggal di sini tiga kali kerana tingkap ini dan pemandangan yang baik. Namun, kelakuan buruk budak ini merosakkan semua tanggapan yang baik."

The staff are warm and friendly, and I appreciate that they provide hot water at the Barception for instant drinks or cup noodles. I also enjoyed their hot latte (self paid) it was perfect for warming up as I stepped out and strolled toward my first stop, the Tromsø City Library and Archive."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exactly conforming to my idea of Nordic design. The room is a bit on the small side; it's perfect for one person, but might feel a little cramped for two. Breakfast is extensive and entirely self-service. The hotel's location is very convenient: there's an airport bus stop right outside, it's a 5-minute walk to the Arctic Cathedral, and the city center is just a ten-minute walk away."

"The single room I booked has a shared bathroom. The room is compact and has a sink and guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, the staff is friendly, there is a kitchen and restaurant to use, and free tea and coffee are provided every day. The shared bathroom room is about 5-6 rooms sharing a shower room and toilet on each floor. The overall experience is very good, but there are two shortcomings First, the toilet will be very crowded in the morning. All the toilets on the three floors are used, resulting in queuing. Second, the sound insulation of the room is not very good. If the neighbors talk loudly, you can hear it clearly, but fortunately, the neighbors are not too loud when sleeping, so it does not affect sleep"

"Best hotel best spot. Although room is small but enuff for 2 of us to cook our own meal. Manage to see the aurora 3 nights in e hotels. So lucky! No aircon but weather is cool enuff. Parking right outside my cabin and EV charging area is just 2 min away from your cabin. Would recommend everyone to book tis hotel when staying in tromso."

"Booked a quad room, but it was very small. The bathroom was tiny and the lighting was dim. The room itself felt old and dated. However, the location was a huge plus – everything was within walking distance, including McDonald's and the whale watching pick-up point. Plus, they offered free waffles every evening at 5 PM (self-service) and coffee and tea all day long, which was great!"

"Sarapan pagi sangat kaya dan lazat (makanan putih yang lazat), tetapi bilik itu masih sangat kecil, bilik katil bersaiz king tidak menghadap ke laut, dan saya tertipu dengan foto yang saya tempah! Tetapi yang lebih teruk ialah hotel ini mempunyai dewan jamuan sendiri di tingkat bawah. Akan ada acara pada malam Sabtu. Jika anda tinggal di tingkat di atas dewan bankuet, anda akan menari dengan orang lain, jadi anda mesti mengelak dari tingkat 3! ! Pada masa yang sama, perkhidmatannya juga sangat teruk, tidak ada perkhidmatan langsung. Saya terpaksa sedar dan menanggungnya sendiri, dengan rasa sempadan yang kuat, jadi saya hanya bergoyang sehingga 11:15."

"The heating was incredibly poor, the entire room was only 20 degrees Celsius. They promised to send blankets but never did all night. The room was also exceptionally small. For this price, I would have been better off booking a guesthouse. The main issue is how cold it is here, and this temperature was just too cold. Bad review, I highly do not recommend this hotel."
