"The heating was incredibly poor, the entire room was only 20 degrees Celsius. They promised to send blankets but never did all night. The room was also exceptionally small. For this price, I would have been better off booking a guesthouse. The main issue is how cold it is here, and this temperature was just too cold. Bad review, I highly do not recommend this hotel."

"Since it's the off-season here inTromsø in the summer, the cost of staying is much lower than in many other parts of Norway. So, considering the price I paid, my experience at the Dock Hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are among the newest, and the design is rich in textures and shows great attention to detail. The bathroom, in particular, is very spacious. Other than that, I would also say the city itself centers around this hotel because it's the first stop of the bus that goes to the airport, and my guided tour also used this hotel as the meeting point. Overall, my stay was pretty much perfect in every aspect."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It was the last hotel on a 10 trip in Norway At the previous hotels on this trip I had asked for room on high floor with nice view but never got one. However, at Radisson the man at reception took note of my request and upgraded me to a lovely room with an amazing view of Tromso. It really made the last two days of my trip special enjoying the perfect view. The room was also quiet and comfortable and cleaned promptly in the morning Breakfast was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh breads, yoghurt and fish Location is very central and opposite the stop for the airport bus. "The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is "super" small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night."

"We booked a riverside lodge. Both bedrooms had two single beds each, and the duvets were on the smaller side, but that's typical for lodges in Europe. Right outside our door was a small river. We could cook, but it was an old-fashioned electric hotplate, and the cookware was pretty basic and not very good. It was fine for making noodles, though. Everything was within the normal expectations for a lodge. They do have a restaurant, so you could always eat there instead."
