"The hotel is brand new; I don't recall it being here in Tromsø back in 2023. The location is excellent, especially with a Sixt branch and the airport shuttle right downstairs, making it perfect for an overnight stay after returning a rental car. The decor also has a great sense of design."

Jika anda tinggal di tingkat di atas dewan bankuet, anda akan menari dengan orang lain, jadi anda mesti mengelak dari tingkat 3! ! Pada masa yang sama, perkhidmatannya juga sangat teruk, tidak ada perkhidmatan langsung. Saya terpaksa sedar dan menanggungnya sendiri, dengan rasa sempadan yang kuat, jadi saya hanya bergoyang sehingga 11:15."

"Facilities: There's a kettle, and disposable items like shower caps are provided. Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic, with a great Nordic-style decor. Service: Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service are all excellent. Location: Absolutely central, convenient for getting anywhere. Close to the shopping street, the station, and the hotel itself is a hub for many tours and activities. What I didn't expect was how dry it is here (compared to the UK). The view from the window is as shown in the picture."

"DISHONEST & NON RESPONSIVE HOTEL We booked direct with the hotel in December 2024 for 1 night stay together with the King Crab tour in Mar 2025. We expected for the best rate with the early and direct booking. Beware if you wanna book direct with non refundable rates and full payment as you may end up with the following nasty experiences that we encountered. Firstly the room rates had fluctuated and deviated on the direct website when we checked few weeks before our travel date. We wrote to the hotel to clarify but ended up with an unforeseen reply that the original king crab tour date that we had booked way ahead cannot be honored. We were forced to accept the earlier tour date that falls on our late arrival in Tromso. We could have missed the tour if we didn’t write in to the hotel. As expected, we arrived late evening at the hotel and the tour had begun we missed the beginning part of the tour including the killing and preparation of the king crab before they serve them for our dinner. We did highlight our concern to the staff on duty though the manager that was agreed to meet us the next morning did not turn up and refused to speak to us. In the end the staff had gotten approval from the manager to refund a portion of the tour fee. This was further confirmed in an email. It was really to our great disappointment that despite all WhatsApp and email reminders to follow up on the refund that was agreed upon, till today 2 months after our stay we received no respond nor reply to the status of the refund. THINK TWICE before you book this hotel."

"The front desk is located in the bar on the top floor, which offers a magnificent view. I was too tired at night to go up and see if I could spot the Northern Lights. This is more of a business hotel. You need a key card to use the elevators. Most of the staff I encountered were very nice, and the room size is decent for a Nordic hotel. It's true that it's not too far from the airport, but dragging luggage through the snow was impossible. A single bus stop from the airport costs nearly 100 RMB, which is truly shocking Nordic pricing."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were in Tromsø for over a week, and this was the perfect home base for us. The rooms are clean, neatly appointed, and exactly what you want. The lighting is really well done, very important during the polar night. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I am still dreaming about the water pressure in the shower. We were able to do laundry, which was great since our luggage was delayed. We had a six year old, so being able to cook our own meals with the kitchen allowed us to easily feed her and saved us money. It's also helpful because with jet lag, you may be hungry at 4am. There is a coffee machine in the lobby accessible 24/7, which was great. The heating is well-done, and the windows open for fresh air. We found that the photos we saw online are very representative of what we found when we arrived in terms of the rooms, etc, except that it was actually a little cozier (the lighting is nice and warm white). The wifi was consistent and strong. There are TV's, which you can sign into your streaming apps on. One flag is that you should sign off your accounts before you leave. The staff is amazing. The front desk people were all very helpful when we were trying to get taxis or had questions. And they didn't mind our kid coming down to steal cookies from the lobby. The cleaning staff is wonderful. The rooms are very clean and they were really nice and responsive when we needed to get rid of garbage or restock something. The gym is huge and way nicer than expected. Also great in the arctic. We chose this place over a more traditional hotel because of all of the amenities, and we were not disappointed. This is not located in the city center, but it's a short walk to there (about 10 minutes or so depending on weather). There is a supermarket a few minutes away, which is very convenient. The location is very good, and it is also kind of up on a hill, with nice views."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exactly conforming to my idea of Nordic design. The room is a bit on the small side; it's perfect for one person, but might feel a little cramped for two. Breakfast is extensive and entirely self-service. The hotel's location is very convenient: there's an airport bus stop right outside, it's a 5-minute walk to the Arctic Cathedral, and the city center is just a ten-minute walk away."

"We got taken away by the views of the 1 bedroom cabin on their website when we booked this. We have stayed in similar places in Kiruna in Sweden (Camp Ripan) and Rovaniemi in Finland (Santa Clause Holiday Village), this is definitely not in the same league. Consider this:- 1. You have to book for atleast 2 nights in Dec, this place is close to 30 minutes from the main city with nothing close by. 2. They offer an Electric Car as part of the room, BUT, the car has to be collected from a place that is close to the airport (the car company shall not deliver the car anywhere else) and it has to be dropped at the same place. Ultimately if you are taking a flight, you will end up taking a cab from this place to the airport also (although it seems close, you cannot walk and drag the luggage on a snowy road. 3. The dinner menu has only limited choices. 4. The Cabins seems to be newly built, but it seems that corners have been cut in quality e.g. in my cabin the table in the living room was already wobbly and one of the hooks for the towel in the bathroom was broken. As part of 4 nights in Tromso, we stayed here for 2 nights, on hindsight it would have been better if we stayed all 4 nights in the city."
