The decoration is a contemporary take on the original 17th century design with its reworked panelling and tinted beams. The hotel sits right on the front of a beautiful canal and has nice views over the old town. Very stylish decor everywhere no expenses spared. Wonderful staff. Great buffet breakfast with large choice. We went to the beautiful pool: nice after a long drive. Also very nice sauna. We used the convenient concierge hotel parking. We had a beautiful spacious duplex room on floor 2 with wonderful views over canal and town. Noise insulation very good. Only DOWNSIDE WAS THE BED in master bedroom: very hard mattress with uncomfortable very warm topper. Very sad not to sleep well because of this in such a wonderful hotel

The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance to the centre; beautifully appointed following a full refurbishment and has a lovely ambiance with an outdoor courtyard to sit (weather permitting). Our room was lovely, comfortable beds and quality linen. Parking is secure and underground. There are spa facilities and room service but sadly no restaurant. Albeit there’s a meat/burger restaurant next door. The continental breakfast was plentiful and of local quality produce ie butter, bread, preserves. Would highly recommend if visiting Troyes on business or pleasure. Staff were friendly and obliging.

房間乾淨整潔，陽台很漂亮，地理位置優越，出火車站幾分鐘即可走到，去市中心也衹有十分鐘左右的步行路程。

Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys
