The air conditioning of the hotel is not very good, and the temperature of the bath water is unstable. What annoys me the most is that it is very noisy in the morning, there are always people entering and exiting at the emergency exit, the door is very loud, I have been woken up many times, and the sound insulation is not good.

Хороший отель и хорошая сеть отелей. Комнаты маленькие но, всегда чисто и хорошие завтраки, особенно в Лиме.

The good things were many, including: the location of the hotel (quiet area, not on a main street but close to almost everything), all the very friendly staff that were willing to satisfy their customers always with a warm smile (I personally value this a lot!), the facilities are pleasant to the eye and ear... my boyfriend and I have been to another Ibis (Lima), and our stay could have been better there; however, with the one in Trujillo we were more than satisfied 💯. There was one issue with the air conditioning in our room but it was solved quickly and effectively ❤️(something my boyfriend especially liked because of the high quality sound, no broken fan). Almost everything was just so nice! Definitely a place to keep in mind for our next visit to Trujillo🤗

Delicious food and excellent beds, and the kind people in the reception, the bar Is beautiful, AND the place Is near to the town Center , the músic Is nice, inthe conclusión everthing was very good , AND i'd recommend this beatiful place innTrujillo.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in for years of travel in aviation. The rudeness of employees to poor service in the afternoon restaurant staff literally 1.2 hours waiting a sandwich the first night we stayed only to be told in a dining room with 12 persons it was very busy and would be 1/2 mor hours for a sandwich. We decided to stay our original 4 day plan as to give a chance but after a broken chair in our room which the leg just broke of not from abuse but just sitting down being charged 200 soles with negotiation too tonight the restaurant server after 45 minutes proceeds to tell us we never ordered our food go figure this place requires customer service lessons I have never experienced this type of service any place else and I have stayed at other Ibis in Miaflores and Spain but never experienced this type of issues and to add the application of taxes is the discretion of the desk clerk we will not be staying in this hotel again.

About the taxes, our front desk team explained to you that, according to the DS 919 at the peruvian law, all the foreing guest don't have to pay the IGV Tax if they have all the documents it requires, nevertheless, if there's a peruvian person who doesn't have the documents as we need in order to exonerate the tax at the same room, the tax have to be added. Anita at the front desk was amazing I'm from LA first time in Peru she was the hostess with the most is I was there in March I'm finally writing this thing it took so long seriously nice place good people like the location il be black!!

To Liry Marrugo, Upon checking into the Ibis Hotel Trujillo yesterday, I discovered that I had made an error in my booking and was off by one day on my arrival when I made my booking. Gianmarco and Jimena at the front desk were right on the task. I don’t know if they inquired with you or another manager, but they arranged my two night stay to be changed to the nights that I needed, November 5-7. I have worked as a Travel Director for 33 years in the United States and Canada and have stayed close to 7000 nights in hotels in my life, so I know excellence at hotels when I experience it. The customer service skills exhibited by Gianmarco and Jimena were exemplary. They were calm, courteous, and most certainly professional. You should be glad to have them on your staff. Because of their professional nature, I have booked myself into an Ibis Hotel in Lima for the end of my trip. I have always found the uniformity of appointments in Ibis Hotels to my liking, and look forward to my stay in Lima, and at more Ibis Hotels on other future trips.

La atención de los trabajadores es A1, la comida demasiado rica, variedad de platos y tragos Me gusta mucho ir por que innovan continuamente, siempre hay algo nuevo, nunca nos aburrimos, somos muy exquisitos para encontrar un lugar que nos agrade, pero ibis cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, en algunas oportunidades también me he quedado y me han sorprendido con detalles lindos Nos hacen sentir únicos

Violeta tuvo una atención excelente. Muy alegre y dispuesta ayudar. Espero poder regresar. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno ya que hay variedad. La atención de noche es genial y la música en vivo fue excelente espero regresar.

Es la primera vez que vengo y muy buena atención por parte de Jose Y Brian, la comida estuvo rica y calentita. El arroz en su punto , delicioso. Además no gustó el detalle por el.cumpleaños. volvere pronto porque me gustó bastante la experiencia.

Me encantó mi estadía en el hotel. La habitación era sumamente cómoda, con una cama de excelente calidad, ventanas con cancelación de ruido, aire acondicionado incluido, y una decoración creativa que añadía un toque especial. El desayuno buffet que nos brindo el hotel también fue un punto destacado, con una amplia variedad de opciones bien preparadas y presentadas. Definitivamente, elegiría este hotel nuevamente si regreso a Trujillo. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Habitación muy cómoda. La calidad de la cama, la ventana con cancelación de ruido, las cortinas opacas, aire acondicionado y decoración sobria; todo ello favorece un alto estado de relajación y buena calidad de sueño. Desayuno buffet con suficiente variedad y bien hecho. Lamentablemente no pudimos probar el menú y el bar. Sin duda volvería a ese mismo hotel si me toca visitar esa ciudad otra vez
