The lack of an elevator was a real hassle! Otherwise, everything was great. The front desk staff were fantastic, and the place was spotless. The only issue was the elevator – a major downside! I'd also suggest that the mall consider installing motion sensors to save electricity.

Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Good. Most importantly, the windowless room I booked had no unpleasant odor. Ambiance: Great. Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Bozhou. Its location is excellent, and they also offer breakfast. Highly recommended!

Excellent, it's quiet, conveniently located, and offers a wide variety of local snacks.

I chose this place for its proximity to the high-speed train station, but there was no elevator, so I had to climb three flights of stairs to my room. The room itself was incredibly tiny and felt claustrophobic. Cleanliness was also a major issue; the toilet was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages! Furthermore, there was no proper shower. The showerhead was awkwardly installed in the cramped corner between the toilet and the sink, meaning the most you could do was use the handheld sprayer to wash your hair over the sink! Proceed with extreme caution if booking!

The room was a bit small, but it was very clean. It's conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Station. The bed was super comfortable! Downstairs, there's a Xinyang restaurant with delicious food.

The hotel doesn't have its own elevator, and to make matters worse, the escalator in the adjacent office building was also out of service. This was a real hassle for anyone carrying large luggage. The desk in the room is tiny, barely big enough for takeout food. On the plus side, there's a breakfast spot downstairs, and the location is absolutely fantastic – it's less than a 15-minute walk to the East Station.

The mattress had just the right amount of give.

While it's a little pricier than the neighboring hotel, it's definitely worth it. The room was very clean and had a sealed window. It was nice and warm, and though compact, it felt well-appointed and spotlessly clean.

The wall art is also wonderful, I absolutely loved it. Service: Excellent. There were no hidden room charges, the host was incredibly accommodating, and the service attitude was superb.

The room was incredibly tiny, and the air conditioning was utterly useless, barely cooling anything. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. The overall environment was dreadful, and the service was completely non-existent. It was a truly terrible experience; I would never return.

Overall, quite disappointing. The room was cramped, and the bathroom was a wet room design (without separate wet and dry areas). The first room we were assigned had a strong bathroom odor, and the sheets were dirty. When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone jack was completely empty behind the wall plate – utterly useless! (What?!). The second room we were moved to was slightly better. We chose this hotel for its affordability and convenient location, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This is by far the worst soundproofed hotel I've ever stayed in. At 4 AM, I could clearly hear snoring from the adjacent room, and to make matters worse, someone next door was even singing! I was absolutely speechless. Furthermore, in our standard room, one of the beds wasn't very clean, and there wasn't even a desk.

The hotel is truly thoughtful! They offered guests who might have been less active over Chinese New Year a wonderful chance to get some exercise. The property management kindly cooperated by proactively disabling the elevator. Guests then had the 'choice' to haul their own luggage up to the third floor, effectively restoring their cardiovascular function – absolutely brilliant! Their grand staircase is indeed quite distinctive. I truly hope everyone gets to experience this 'thoughtful' service!

The location is superb, right next to the subway station and a bustling commercial area, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Our room was spotless and cozy, with very comfortable bedding. The bathroom, featuring a wet/dry separation, was clean and completely odor-free. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options. The facilities are excellent, and it provides incredible value for money. Highly recommended!
