Hotel is nice and in central area. It was clean and well maintained.

We visit Sapa in December when was very cold. The room temperature as perfect and after the hiking we could enjoy yhe bath tub. Higly recommend

Room was nice but a bit of a weird setup whereby window faced in to the foyer. Nice to have a bath in Asia. Got there early but was able to leave my bag and check in after a hike so that was good, heard other places allow for an early check in though. A lot of choice at breakfast but could have been fresher. Overpaid for water at the minibar (about three times the price as the store). Staff were nice but their English was not was as good as other places I visited in Vietnam, or other places around Sapa.

Nearby the town where many shops restaurants are, only y walking distance.. only the things inside the rooms some need to be repaired like fence broken nearby the window. Staff were helpful thou at the check in day we managed to bring our luggages by ourselves.

Location very good

入住當天因坐通宵車來SAPA，很早便來到酒店，酒店表示最快可以11am check in, 於是在大堂等候及梳洗，大堂及洗手間位置很大，沒有尷尬的感覺。酒店附近有很多食肆, 亦在湖旁邊，很安全。距離SAPA station 有一段路，那邊比較熱鬧。由於留在SAPA 的八月的幾天都下雨，看不到美麗的景色及天色，有點失望。而酒店房間很大，有椅有枱，冷氣好像不太運作，睡覺中途更自動熄了，感覺房間很濕，東西過了一晚都是濕濕的。早餐選擇還可以，熱食會好一點，其他都很乾的樣子。

房間一般。WiFi用不了。，游泳池跟照片上的差距很遠。餐飲還可以。

깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 조식도 훌륭하구요 단점은 바같 소음이 심한데 룸 요청시 도로변 말고 안쪽으로 요청하면 좋을것 같네요

รร ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก หากไปถควตอนเข้าสามารถใากกระเป๋าแล้วไปเที่ยวที่อื่นก่อนได้ วิวจากห้องนอนสามารถมองเห็นโบสถ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ อาหารเช้าตามมาตรฐาน รร ทั่วไป เนื่องจากทำเลอยู่ใจกลางเมือง จึงมีเสียงจากข้างนอกดังเข้ามา ไม่เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบความสงบ

와이파이가 없었고. 외곽지역이여서 그런지 영어소통에 조금 힘이 들었습니다. 다만 호텔은 정말 깨끗했고. 위치도 호수 바로 앞에 있어 괜찮았습니다.
