Great location, Friendly staff

The hotel has a number of rooms that have no proper windows, they have doors with glass that open to a corridor so you have to keep the curtains drawn and basically stay in a cave, zero daylight! The A/C did not work even after I asked them to fix it multiple times. The waterpressure in the shower was non excistent. The staff can barely speak English.

When we arrived at the checking counter we received a cool and frosty welcome. The chap was very unfriendly. It didn't get any better from any staff.Reception and dining room were not rude,but certainly not welcoming or friendly. This is in marked contrast to what we have found in the rest of Vietnam. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast, a buffet,was at best very ordinary. The coffee was cold,and when I asked for a waffle I was offered one that was cold. It's very noise at night as there is a nightclub or pub across the street. This place is very ordinary. Give it a miss there are plenty of other options

We visit Sapa in December when was very cold. The room temperature as perfect and after the hiking we could enjoy yhe bath tub. Higly recommend

This hotel was well located n room had a balcony with views of lake which was 2 minute walk. Beds very comfortable, shower lovely, mini fridge, great buffet breakfast, huge choice of foods. Staff pleasant and helpful. Only stayed one night unfortunately.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.
